SMRT to add more bus services with wheelchair access

SMRT will add four more bus services with access to wheelchair users from 2^nd March 2014. A total of 37 buses with wheelchair access will be added to services 803, 927, 961 and 972 from this Sunday onwards.

These services will increase the total number of wheelchair accessible bus services operated by SMRT to 42, which accounts for more than half of the total routes run by the company. Each wheelchair accessible bus can accommodate up to two wheelchairs at each time.
