Volkswagen has unveiled a new Polo GTI Edition 25 in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Polo GTI.
The special supermini comes powered by a 2.0-litre engine which produces a total of 204bhp and 320Nm. This is paired to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission to allow the car to hit 100km/h from a standstill in 6.5 seconds.
The Volkswagen Polo GTI Edition 25 gets a lowered suspension alongside red brake calipers and chrome-plated tailpipes And once you're up to speed, you'll also appreciate the special edition's specially tuned sports suspension and 15mm lowered ride height, alongside the car's XDS electronic differential.
On the outside, the Volkswagen Polo GTI Edition 25 comes with red brake calipers and trim strips running along its doors, as well as a honeycomb radiator grille and chrome-plated tailpipes, all to finish that GTI look. The car also comes with 18-inch gloss black wheels, a black roof, and black exterior mirrors.
Step in and you'll find it comes with premiums sports seats, upholstered in perforated black-red leather finished off with stitched GTI logos. The cabin also comes with plenty of glossy black decorative trim, as well as a 'One of 2500' logo on the sill panel trim. A multifunction sports steering wheel in leather with paddles and a '25' logo.
