UK customers get a special edition Suzuki SX4

Briton's seem to love special edition compact cars. Kia has sent them countless special ed Soul's. And, limited-run Fiat 500's are as common as fleas on a dog.

So naturally, Suzuki is sending the Brit's a special edition of their own. Called the SX4 SZ-L (not a very catchy name), the 5-door hatch gets unique gunmetal trim, and an Alcantera-trimmed interior.

The front grille, roof rails, front & rear skid plates, and the alloy wheels get the gunmetal treatment. On the inside, the dark theme is continued with Alcantera trim, dark inserts on the doors, and a leather wrapped steering wheel, with special grey stitching. A 6 disk in-dash CD changer is also included with the package.

The SX4 SZ-L can be had in black, or silver. However, the only powertrain choice is the 1.6 litre petrol engine, with a 5-speed manual.

Although the new Suzuki does look kinda cool. The name SZ-L doesn't really seem that special.

Why not call it the SX4 Black, or the SX4 Night?

SX4 SZ-L just sounds like somebody's pants size.
