Volkswagen puts the transporter in the Transporter

The transporter is driving… the Transporter.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has put Jason Statham behind the wheel of its new light commercial vehicle as part of its new campaign for the premiere of the new Transporter. The firm states that the actor is a perfect match to communicate the strengths of its new model. Statham, described as a charismatic and action-packed ‘transporter’, is said to represent the versatility and performance of the vehicle.

The new campaign will be led by a trailer released at the 2024 IAA in Hanover and also embedded below for your convenience. Planned by Scholz & Friends, the global lead agency of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, the campaign will include a series of exciting commercials and digital content highlighting the unique features of the new Transporter including its load capacity, driving characteristics and safety features.
