Electric Crossover of the Year
BYD Atto 3 Electric
The ever-popular BYD Atto 3 was given a few light tweaks, and these have made it even more well-rounded than before. The shiny 'Dragon Scales' are now finished in gloss black instead of silver, while the 'Build Your Dreams' badge on the tailgate has been replaced by 'BYD' instead. Inside, a larger 15.6-inch infotainment screen replaces the 12.8-inch unit, while the 60.5kWh battery can now take DC charging at up to 88kW instead of 80kW.

New owner to EV.My previous car KIA

Been driving this car for 9 months with no issues. Value for money. Max cost from 0-100% is less than $45 in Singapore. Couple of times using this car, we test its mileage to the extreme 'Zero Percent' feeling. It's enough mileage to cover for 5 days with it's average distance covered 350-400km per full charge.Save us from a couple of major accidents with it's safety features. The only dissatisfaction is the Atlas tyre given as it's not that long lasting. If never do tyre rotation at 10k, both front tyre flower thread is almost worn out to. Verdict
It's no surprise that this year's winning Electric Crossover is the BYD Atto 3, because it is quite possibly Singapore's favourite EV. It offers space and practicality, has a long list of standard Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and it's a Cat A COE model.

The electric motor in the Atto 3 provides 100kW (134bhp) and 310Nm of torque, which is plenty for a built-up city like ours. Zero to 100km/h takes 10.1 seconds, but the instant delivery makes the car feel quicker than that.

A 60.5kWh lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) Blade Battery delivers 420km of driving range and with a 100kW DC charger, the battery can be juiced up from 20% to 80% in 30 minutes. The Atto 3 has a V2L (vehicle to load) function as well, allowing users to power external devices.

Inside, the Atto 3 features vegan leather upholstery, while the infotainment is a larger 15.6-inch touchscreen that replaces the previous 12.8-inch unit. Uniquely, it rotates to either portrait or landscape orientation to suit the driver's needs.

Also distinct is the cabin's design, which is inspired by a gym, airplane cockpit, marine life, and musical instruments. No other car on sale today has such an eclectic mix, and it seems like buyers are loving it.

For practicality, backseat passengers enjoy a flat floor, rear air vents, plus a USB-A and USB-C port for charging devices. Boot volume stands at 440 litres with the rear backrests up, and 1,340 litres when they're folded. So, the Atto 3 has you covered whether you're doing Ikea runs or moving house.
