Suzuki Swift Mild Hybrid
Price: $137,888 - $138,888 Distributor: Champion Motors
|
|
|
We all love an underdog story. Think back to shows like Rocky (1976) and The Mighty Ducks (1992), two critically acclaimed masterpieces. Well, we wouldn't go so far as to call the Suzuki Swift Mild Hybrid a masterpiece, but it certainly is underrated.
Right, enough with the analogies. Let's talk facts.
In a market filled with vehicles sporting inane features that will probably never see the light of day, the Swift's simplicity comes as a breath of fresh air.
A well-arranged cabin offers up a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system offering Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as a leather wrap multi-function steering wheel to give drivers that gorilla grip. A modern design adorns its exterior, with a mean piano black grille and newly designed headlamps.
With a 1.2-litre three-cylinder powerplant cooking up a maximum output of 82bhp and 112Nm of torque, it isn't exactly “swift”, but it more than makes up for it with ease of handling and the promise of an enjoyable drive, as well as its nimbleness and agility through corners. The five-seater compact car will definitely appeal to new drivers, with its small footprint making it easier to navigate traffic and park.
Given its budget-friendly appeal, successful back-to-basics formula, and its fuel efficiency (20.4km/L), there isn't really much reason not to place it at the top of the pile. |

Toyota Prius Hybrid
Price: POA Distributor: Borneo Motors
|
|
|
With its sporty new design, the Prius has gotten itself some serious newfound appeal. Don’t get us wrong, the Prius has many favourable qualities that makes it one of the most popular cars out there. In fact, the model is pretty much the de facto benchmark for fuel economy - if a car can achieve a fuel economy figure that is comparable to the Prius, it is considered quite an accomplishment.
So, what do we mean by its newfound appeal? Just look at it. Right from the moment that you lay eyes on the Prius, you’ll know what we mean – it is incredibly sleek and modern looking with its sharp front-end and a curvy body with a low silhouette. Pit it against its drab and boring predecessors and you can see why the car was making waves when images of it first appeared online.
Of course, you don’t buy a Prius just for its looks - its powertrain, or rather its ability to sip on fuel, is of higher priority with its target audience. Powered by a 1.8-litre hybrid powertrain with a Continuously Variable Transmission, the Prius achieves an official fuel economy of 24.4km/L - easily at the top of the pack when it comes to hybrids. Adding to its economical drive are several desirable qualities including a satisfactory handling and responsive drivetrain - the throttle response is markedly sharper than before.
The Toyota Prius is stylish and economical to drive. And perhaps more importantly, it is also competitively priced against its other popular family-oriented options, many of which that aren’t hybridised, nor do they manage such impressive fuel economy. Those qualities combine to make it our Compact Sedan of the Year. |

Toyota Camry Hybrid
Price: $268,888 Distributor: Borneo Motors
|
|
|
When you want a mid-sized sedan that does everything just right, the Toyota Camry often comes to mind. The Camry's lineage can be traced back to 1979, with the introduction of the Toyota Celica Camry. Since then, the car has gone through countless iterations, leading eventually to the car you see here - the ninth-generation Toyota Camry.
Many would agree that with its popularity around the world, the Camry needs no introduction. But for the uninitiated, the Camry is a mid-sized sedan from Toyota that sits above the Corolla Altis, a well-loved sedan, and below the Crown, a luxury sedan from the brand. Being positioned as such, the Camry has always been the go-to for families seeking a spacious, comfortable and reliable sedan. With its presence on the roads, the success of the Camry is clear for all to see.
With its heritage, all that it offers, and its popularity with drivers, the Camry is easily deserving of accolades. But that isn't all, for this time round, Toyota has really spruced the Camry up. Penned with the same design language as the well-received Prius, the Camry now has a sleek and sporty design that will delight the cool kids as much as the mature family man.
Head inside and the delight continues with its well-appointed cabin. For the front-row occupants, you'll get electric and ventilated seats, a substantial infotainment display, and a leather-wrapped interior with soft-touch surfaces and quality plastics. But the real show happens at the rear half of the cabin - rear passengers get electrically reclinable seats with a control system within the middle armrest. From the comfort of their seats, the two rear passengers are able to tweak the climate control, seat adjustment and even activate the electric rear sunshades. We aren't exaggerating when we say that the Camry now feels more Lexus than Toyota.
Equipped with an efficient 2.5-litre hybrid powertrain that puts out 224bhp and 22Nm of torque, the Camry is no slouch. A well-judged suspension system also strikes a sweet balance between ride comfort and a confidence-inspiring handling.
The ninth-generation Toyota Camry is easily the star of its segment. There's no doubt, this is the Sedan of The Year. |

Executive Sedan of the Year

BMW 5 Series Sedan Mild Hybrid
Price: $363,888 - $383,888 Distributor: Performance Motors | Eurokars Auto
|
|
|
The BMW 5 Series is a car that the manufacturer claims to be the world's most successful executive sedan, and there's no reason to doubt it. From a brand that places a strong emphasis on driving enjoyment, the 5 Series is a sedan that many enthusiasts have a soft spot for. At the same time, being the mid-sized offering from one of the ‘big three' European premium car manufacturers, the 5 Series hits the sweet spot for up-and-coming executives and successful businessmen alike.
While the BMW 5 Series has always been the sportier one among its peers in its segment, the German brand wiped the slate clean with the latest iteration. Larger, cushier, even more refined and easier to drive, the 5 Series has matured into the ideal car for its target market - successful individuals looking for a refined drive.
With a size that is almost comparable to the previous generation's 7 Series, the new 5 Series has a stately and composed presence. Sleek design elements work together with the almost outlandish Iconic Glow illuminated grille to result in an undeniably striking first impression - there's no way for one to miss the 5 Series.
Get in and you'll be greeted with a large Curved Display that houses a 12.3-inch digital cluster and a massive 14.9-inch infotainment touchscreen display. Air vents are concealed, with the crystalline Interaction Bar snatching all the attention within the cabin. Top notch materials and excellent fit and finish complete an upmarket interior, not unlike something you'll expect in the top-rung 7 Series.
While power and sheer performance isn't the strong suit of the 5 Series, it more than makes up for that with a sharp and responsive steering, and a cushy, pampering ride quality. The 5 Series may have moved on slightly from outright performance and dynamism, but the comfort, calmness and luxurious drive makes it every bit worthy of the title of the Executive Sedan of The Year. |

BMW 7 Series Mild Hybrid
Price: $611,888 - $643,888 Distributor: Performance Motors | Eurokars Auto
|
|
|
With the latest generation of the 7 Series, BMW has taken a bold step with its design. It looks nothing like any of its predecessors, its peers, or anything else on BMW's existing lineup of cars. Expectedly, a drastic departure in design language is sure to stir up some emotions, and for the 7 Series, it is divisive to say the least.
Up front, the 7 Series now has a pair of extremely oversized grilles that take up most of the frontal area of the car. The head lights are now slim, split units, that once again are nothing like its predecessors. The result is what some describe as an angry cyborg face. The general shape of the car is now also much boxier and consists of more straight lines. While beauty is subjective, you simply cannot deny how imposing the design of the 7 Series is.
With its boxy silhouette, the 7 Series evokes the likeness of a product of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. In fact, it can even be specified with a two-tone paintwork that uses the same painting technology as the latter.
But the sense of luxury isn't just skin deep - the 7 Series is in fact a high-tech, luxury powerhouse that will impress anyone that gets up close with it. The automatic doors (no, it doesn't have the same sliding doors that your family MPV has) that will pop open or close at the press of a button is just one of the features that will convince you of the car's opulence.
Inside, you are enveloped by plush leather, premium materials and decadent pampering - ventilated seats, blinds for the rear windows, massage functions and a luxurious and well-insulated ride reminiscent of a moving lounge.
There's no need to even mention the driving impressions of the 7 Series, for you simply don't buy one for that. You choose a 7 Series because you want to be pampered with a luxurious ride, and pampered you will be. |

|
|
|
Sporting some light updates to the exterior and the interior of the car, the Volkswagen T-Cross has gotten a facelift in recent times. On the outside, the telltale marks are the new grille and bumpers, along with new I.Q Light Matric head lights and new LED taillights with an intriguing 3D light signature.
Head inside and you’ll be greeted by a revised dashboard that houses a 10.25-inch Digital Cockpit Pro driver’s instrument cluster and an 8.0-inch infotainment display that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
The interior of the T-Cross is a cozy and comfortable space. It even has a neat little feature: its sliding rear bench allows you to choose between a maximum of 455-litres of cargo space at the rear, or more legroom for your rear passengers!
Equipped with a 1.0-litre engine that makes 114bhp in a compact body, the T-Cross is a surprisingly perky and fun drive. With its seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that comes with paddle shifters on its steering wheel, you can take control of the gearshifts and enjoy an engaging and spirited drive. At the same time, leaving the transmission to do its own thing will result in a smooth and quiet drive that is perfect for ferrying your family around.
If it’s something compact, fun and practical that you are after, then you should look no further, than the T-Cross, our Crossover of the Year. |

Lexus LBX Hybrid
Price: $225,800 - $230,800 Distributor: Borneo Motors
|
|
|
How does Lexus smallest crossover fare? Pretty well if you ask us! While you'll typically associate a brand such as Lexus with larger luxurious cars, the LBX has encapsulated the essence of the brand very well.
The Lexus LBX has been conceived to target a younger buyer demographic, which explains its compact and easy-to-drive package. It takes a step away visually from the other crossovers and SUVs within the family to offer an invigorating and stylish design that, while different, is still recognisably Lexus-like.
Head inside and the undeniable Lexus charms hit you like a cool sea breeze - a sporty and elegant suede-like material covers most of the surfaces in the cabin, including the door cards, dashboard, centre console and the seats. Taking centrestage on the dashboard is a 9.8-inch central infotainment touchscreen - while smaller than what you'll typically find in Lexus cars, it is substantial within this compact crossover to offer a luxe experience.
Head to the back and there's a 400-litre boot, which is rather impressive for a car of this segment. The LBX isn't just stylish and elegant, it's plenty practical as well.
Equipped with a Cat A-topping 129bhp from its hybrid powertrain, the LBX is light on its feet, offering instantaneous torque and a silent drive from right off the line. Equipped with suspension that is on the stiffer side, along with its short wheelbase, the LBX is a peppy and playful crossover that makes for a fun drive.
Efficiency, style, elegance, practicality and a playful nature - the LBX has plenty going for it. No wonder it is so popular among drivers here. |

Shopping for a family SUV? There's plenty of options available to you here in Singapore, but the Mazda CX-5 has emerged as the top pick this year.
It's not hard to pinpoint the strengths of the CX-5. It comes with a sleek exterior design that includes a strong front grille, elegant lights at the front and back, as well as some shapely sheet metal.
And the strong emphasis on design continues in its cabin, which comes endowed with a 10.25-inch infotainment system paired with a gorgeous driver's instrument cluster. The fact that this cabin offers acres of leather, contrasted by silver accents and red stitching further elevates the overall perceived quality here.
But the car also has plenty to offer when you take the wheel. Its 2.0-litre engine is quiet and comes paired with a six-speed transmission that delivers silky smooth gearshifts.
For offering families here an elegant and stylish option paired with all the space and practicality expected of an SUV, the Mazda CX-5 takes our award for the SUV category this year. |

Porsche Cayenne Coupe
Price: $411,988 - $538,588 (w/o COE) Distributor: Porsche Singapore
|
|
|
The exterior of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe may have been only lightly updated, with changes including new head lights and a new front bumper. Its cabin, however, has seen more significant changes, with the SUV now being equipped with Porsche’s Driver Experience digital cockpit.
The new change makes the interior of the Cayenne Coupe snazzier and more intuitive than before, which means drivers will now be more able to appreciate the fine handling of the SUV.
And enjoy the ride of the Cayenne many will. Now available with optional adaptive air suspension complete with two-chamber, two-valve technology, this updated Cayenne not only delivers superb ride comfort, but also offers up good turn-in, making it feel lighter than any large SUV should.
And all these changes come paired with the fact that its base entry-level variant still comes with a V6 that delivers a healthy 349bhp and 500Nm of torque and is further paired with one slick eight-speed automatic gearbox.
For continuing to be such a well-rounded and competent SUV while so elegantly embracing digitalisation, this Porsche Cayenne Coupe has won our award for the Premium SUV category. |

Kia Carnival Hybrid
Price: $285,999 - $293,999 Distributor: Cycle & Carriage Kia

The Kia Carnival Hybrid has been updated with new head lights and a new front grille but still looks as imposing as before.
Hop into its cabin and you'll find that the car also now makes use of two 12.3-inch screens housed within a single-piece panel. Also present here is a switchable LCD control panel, which makes accessing the car's infotainment and climate control setting a breeze.
Space for all in here is decidedly generous, and even with all seven seats in place, the MPV will still offer a commodious 627 litres of space in its boot.
But take the driver's seat and you'll find the Carnival feels light off the line, thanks to its 1.6-litre turbocharged engine. A well-judged steering means most should find piloting the car a breeze, while a well-balanced suspension setup also means all seated within won't be disturbed, even if the car travels over pockmarked roads.
For offering a combination of bold design and high passenger space and comfort, the Kia Carnival takes the title of our MPV of the year. |

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Saloon Plug-in Hybrid C63 AMG
Price: $708,888 Distributor: Cycle & Carriage Industries
|
|
|
The Mercedes-AMG C63 has ditched a V8 for a plug-in hybrid drivetrain in this iteration but isn’t any lesser of a car despite this change.
On the outside, it comes with one aggressive exterior, thanks to its wide tracks and low stance, alongside the suite of vents and aerodynamic touches that adorn its body.
And under the bonnet, that new plug-in hybrid drivetrain is no slouch. Power delivery is simply explosive all through the rev range, and should you meet with a few tight bends on the road, this Mercedes-AMG C63 will still take them all on in its stride. It delivers eager turn in, comes with a set of strong brakes, and has plenty of traction to boot.
And when you do opt to take things down a notch, the car will comply, thanks to its adaptive damping that allows it to deliver a plant ride once set into its Comfort drive mode. General useability is further amplified by the fact that there’s creature comforts here including ventilated front seats and a capable set of speakers as part of the Burmester sound system.
For embracing electrification in such an exhilarating manner, we think this new Mercedes-AMG C63 is every bit deserving of our prize for the Performance Car category. |

MG 4 EV
Price: $152,888 Distributor: Eurokars EV Pte Ltd
|
|
|
The MG 4 meets plenty of the needs of those shopping for an electric hatchback.
Kicking things off is the fact that it comes with a 64kWh battery, which is good enough to meet the gamut of family errands with only occasional charging. Then there's the fact that it offers good levels of leg room for rear passengers, thanks to its generous 2,705mm-long wheelbase.
A 7.0-inch driver's display and 10.25-inch central touchscreen in the cabin of the car keep it up to date with rivals. But where the MG 4 truly impresses is in its polished handling – there's a suspension setup that stays pliant enough to ensure passenger comfort, combined with a steering that always feels accurate. And then there's also the fact that its regenerative braking system is easy for anyone to get used to.
And of course, the fact that it looks so sporty certainly doesn't hurt its appeal. Highlights here include its X-shaped front and aero twin-spoilers at the rear, as well as a distinctive full width taillight arrangement.
For those looking for an interesting, spacious, and capable electric hatchback, this MG 4 should be one serious contender. |

SUVs and crossovers are the body styles that most consumers want, but that doesn't mean sedans are no longer around. In fact, one of the coolest ones available today is the handsome BYD Seal.
The Seal looks every bit like the sports sedan it is, with a low-slung stance, and steeply raked A-pillars to give it a ‘coupe' vibe. It has sports seats with fixed headrests that enthusiasts will agree with, and a panoramic sunroof to give the space an airy feel.
Like its Atto 3 sibling, the Seal also features a rotating 15.6-inch infotainment display. The cockpit has a sensible layout, with controls falling easily to hand and an infotainment system that's relatively intuitive.
Available in three versions, the Seal should appeal to a wide range of drivers. The entry-level Seal Dynamic is the sole Cat A offering with 100kW (134bhp), but if you want a bit more oomph, the Seal Premium with 230kW (308bhp) and 360Nm of torque, plus a driving range of 570km should be just right.
For drivers seeking the full sports saloon package, there's the Seal Performance. With not one but two electric motors punching out 390kW (523bhp) and 670Nm of torque to all four wheels, the century sprint is dispatched in a scintillating 3.8 seconds. No wonder it's our Electric Sedan of the Year. |

BMW i5 Electric
Price: $404,888 - $417,888 Distributor: Performance Motors | Eurokars Auto
|
|
|
It's not easy being a carmaker today, and the task is even greater and more difficult when you're a luxury brand, because expectations rise even higher. And when the model in question is one that has been around for several generations, that's when things become truly complicated.
But it's circumstances like these that result in a car like the BMW i5, an electric executive sedan that quite simply, exceeds expectations. The i5 is a handsome car, with the monolithic styling serving up a good mix of curves and angles to reflect its athletic character.
Step inside and you'll find BMW's Curved Display, now powered by OS 8.5, which is even more intuitive than the previous version. The illuminated Interaction Bar, first seen on the current 7 Series, also makes a welcome appearance here.
The rear occupants haven't been forgotten. With the wheelbase having grown another 20mm, there's more legroom in the backseat. The Veganza (non-animal) leather also deserves to be mentioned, for it is both plush and premium - most folks won't be able to tell the difference between it and conventional leather.
The i5's true talent though, is pleasing the driver. The eDrive40 powertrain here delivers a stout 335bhp and 400Nm of torque, both of which are silkily delivered to the rear wheels. It's effortless to drive and carves through corners with ease, serving up that BMW-ness that fans love.
It's luxurious, powerful, and handles well, and its electric powertrain has given it refinement, too. The polished i5 truly deserves the award for Electric Premium Sedan of the Year. |

Electric Performance Sedan of the Year

Porsche Taycan Electric
Price: $406,778 - $965,178 (w/o COE) Distributor: Porsche Singapore
|
|
|
There has been quite a long history of performance sedans. Take a “standard” car, chuck in a big fire breathing engine that sings a bellowing soundtrack, and you have the basic formula down.
Electric performance sedans, though? Not much history there.
Perhaps a little unsurprisingly from a brand with such a dear commitment to performance, Porsche’s first production electric vehicle hits exactly all those marks: Electric, but very much still a performance sedan.
Half a decade on, the updated Taycan continues to set the high bar in the performance EV segment. It’s general shape remains unique and eye-catching, though the facelift has brought a few external updates that further enhance the car’s width.
Inside the Taycan, there have been a few upgrades, such as the updated infotainment interface, as well as some now-standard equipment that was previously optional. Ultimately, the experience remains largely unchanged, which is to say that it still feels absolutely like an expensive yet sporty cabin.
Where there have been more notable upgrades is in all the important electrical bits. The motor now produces 80kW more power (and the 0-100km/h timing dropping accordingly), while battery capacity and charging power has also been increased. Put simply, the already stellar EV package has been given more performance and capacity.
This improves the undeniable performance package. With standard air suspension, the Taycan gains a new level of adjustability and pliancy on an otherwise impressive mechanical package. Pliant and comfortable on long cruises, yet sharp and taut when shown a set of corners, the updated Taycan feels even more polished than ever. And that’s why it is our Electric Performance Sedan of 2024. |

It's no surprise that this year's winning Electric Crossover is the BYD Atto 3, because it is quite possibly Singapore's favourite EV. It offers space and practicality, has a long list of standard Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and it's a Cat A COE model.
The electric motor in the Atto 3 provides 100kW (134bhp) and 310Nm of torque, which is plenty for a built-up city like ours. Zero to 100km/h takes 10.1 seconds, but the instant delivery makes the car feel quicker than that.
A 60.5kWh lithium-iron phosphate (LFP) Blade Battery delivers 420km of driving range and with a 100kW DC charger, the battery can be juiced up from 20% to 80% in 30 minutes. The Atto 3 has a V2L (vehicle to load) function as well, allowing users to power external devices.
Inside, the Atto 3 features vegan leather upholstery, while the infotainment is a larger 15.6-inch touchscreen that replaces the previous 12.8-inch unit. Uniquely, it rotates to either portrait or landscape orientation to suit the driver's needs.
Also distinct is the cabin's design, which is inspired by a gym, airplane cockpit, marine life, and musical instruments. No other car on sale today has such an eclectic mix, and it seems like buyers are loving it.
For practicality, backseat passengers enjoy a flat floor, rear air vents, plus a USB-A and USB-C port for charging devices. Boot volume stands at 440 litres with the rear backrests up, and 1,340 litres when they're folded. So, the Atto 3 has you covered whether you're doing Ikea runs or moving house. |

Electric Premium Compact Crossover of the Year
![](https://i.i-sgcm.com/coty2024/cars/21900_18.jpg) |
ZEEKR X Electric
Price: $222,999 - $237,999 Distributor: Premium Automobiles Pte Ltd
|
|
|
Can a new car brand hit a homerun on its first attempt? Conventional thinking says no, because it needs to learn from experience and mistakes before being able to craft something amazing.
Well, Zeekr must be unconventional because despite being founded just three years ago, its X crossover has been hit out of the park. Well-planned and superbly executed, it is our Electric Premium Compact Crossover of 2024.
One look at the X and you know it's different. Its styling combines sleek lines and sharp angles, distinguishing it from rivals. Get behind the wheel and you'll find yourself in an upmarket interior, made from materials that look and feel premium.
The X's technology is presented in a slick manner. Rather than row upon row of buttons, the car's many features are in the infotainment system. Certain functions, like media, can be controlled with minimal movements via the ‘joysticks' on the steering wheel.
There are unique features, too, like an external loudspeaker that lets drivers talk to pedestrians (only when the vehicle is in Park). It also plays sound effects like a meowing cat, which would make people think there's a lost kitty in the carpark.
More useful, though, is the available freezer/chiller/warmer that can keep food and drinks cold or hot. It certainly makes one wish that other carmakers included such options in their models.
In Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD) form, the Zeekr X isn't a high-performance crossover, but it certainly has pep in its step, courtesy of its electric motor that produces 268bhp and 343Nm of torque. Finishing the century sprint in 5.6 seconds, the X is more than capable of leaving slow traffic in its silent wake, while the 440km range should be more than enough for a week's worth of driving for the average motorist.
Keener drivers, on the other hand, will be pleased with the All-Wheel Drive (AWD) model. With 422bhp and 543Nm of torque, it does zero to 100km/h in a scintillating 3.8 seconds, while offering a range of up to 440km. |

Determining this year's winning Electric Premium Crossover was a tough process, as the four nominees are all strong contenders. But the more we thought about it, the more obvious the answer became: It must be the MINI Countryman.
Traditionalists will balk and say that the Countryman is the opposite of what MINI stands for. But we beg to differ, for the Countryman reflects the brand. It is the biggest MINI model, but it is also unconventional. Now, what could be more ‘MINI' than that?
The Countryman's design stands out in a growing sea of similar-looking crossovers. Where other brands have gone for the ‘minimalist' look, the Countryman boasts strong design language, using bold shapes to give the model a unique mien and character.
Inside, you'll find delightful details like the 9.4-inch round display with punchy graphics, toggle switches on the centre console, and in a nod to drivers of a particular vintage, a Start/Stop function that requires you to turn it like you would a conventional key.
The Countryman though, is thoroughly modern, with features such as a voice-activated assistant and numerous Experience Modes that when selected, change the display and sound effects. What a fun, fun car!
The Countryman is available in two versions: A front-wheel drive Countryman E with 201bhp, and a more powerful Countryman SE with 308bhp and all-wheel drive. Whichever one you choose, you can be sure that your ownership experience is going to be a uniquely interesting one. |

XPENG G6 Electric
Price: $231,999 - $248,999 Distributor: XPremium BEV Pte Ltd
|
|
|
It may be new to the Singapore market, but the Xpeng G6 has already gathered a sizable following of drivers who have come to love its combination of advanced technology, sublime performance and commodious cabin, packaged in a sleek body.
You might be puzzled when you first get behind the wheel, though, for the brand's neatness is such that the cockpit looks like it's been pared back. But once you get into the systems, you'll immediately discover the intuitive interface and sound ergonomics.
One of the G6's coolest tricks is its Autopark feature, which is not only capable of mapping the carpark and showing you the vacant spaces, but also lets you choose which one the system should park the car in.
Meanwhile, backseat passengers will be able to stretch out in the lounge-like rear, thanks to the 2,890mm wheelbase. And don't let that sloping roofline fool you, for headroom is actually generous.
In terms of performance, the G6 is available in two flavours: A Standard model with 255bhp and 440Nm of torque, a century sprint time of 6.6 seconds, and a driving range of 435km, and a more powerful Long Range variant. The latter comes with 282bhp and although torque is unchanged, it finishes the century dash in 6.2 seconds, while offering a maximum range of 570km.
The athletic ability is balanced with excellent efficiency, too, for the G6 can average 6.9km/kWh. It can even be charged at up to 280kW, which gets you back on the road sooner. In all, the Xpeng G6 is a compelling package that deserves the award for Electric Coupe-Crossover of the Year. |

BMW iX2 Electric
Price: $278,888 Distributor: Performance Motors | Eurokars Auto
|
|
|
With the coupe-crossover body style becoming increasingly trendy, BMW too delivers it's all electric contender - the first-ever iX2.
Instead of swoopy curves and bulbous surfaces, the iX2 leans into its angularity. From the pointed ends of the kidney grille to the bold lines across the flank, from the chevron-shaped taillights to the squared-off rear-end, the iX2 cuts a distinctive figure that lend it a real visual presence.
Inside, the iX2 is a familiar modern compact BMW experience. A single-panel curved display houses a 10.7-inch infotainment screen running OS 9, which offers a notably improved user experience. Build quality and fit and finish are also expectedly high - it feels every bit as premium as one would expect from this German marque.
Offered with a Cat A-friendly 110kW electric motor with 250Nm of torque, the iX2 is brisk on the go, and even at highway speeds cruises along comfortable and easily.
More relevantly, the car likes to be shown a set of corners. Its sporty outlook is backed up by a quick steering rack and tight handling, managing to deliver a light-footedness that belies its overall weight.
Even with bouts of enthusiastic driving, the iX2 still returns reasonable range - the 64.8kWh battery can deliver close to 400km of real-world range.
Polished and well-rounded, both in terms of its dynamic abilities and day-to-day functionality, the iX2 could get lost in a sea of electric crossovers. But with its standout styling, it most certainly does not - that's why it's our Electric Premium Coupe Crossover of the Year. |

Electric SUV of the Year

Kia EV9 Electric
Price: $289,999 (w/o COE) Distributor: Cycle & Carriage Kia
|
|
|
Admittedly, the average onlooker may not immediately see the ‘Digital Tiger Face' Kia claims the EV9 to wear. The term, nonetheless, presents a good metaphor for this electric SUV: A ferocious and commanding flagship for a new electric era, armed to the teeth with digitalisation and tech.
Kia is no longer the brand for the budget-minded that the old-fashioned may still remember it for - and this EV9 is solid proof.
Besides being the brand's biggest SUV to hit Singapore's roads, it's also the most future-oriented one. Embracing its electrification fully, the EV9 is a boxy design vision from 2054 that seems to have paid the present-day a visit. Apart from the new-age rugged styling, its arguable design highlight is the myriad of light cubes that twinkle to life on the front end when the car starts up.
This in-your-face embrace of tech persists everywhere else. In place of conventional wing mirrors are digital ones meant to give a wider field of vision. And on the inside, a large single panel combining two vibrant 12.3-inch displays takes centrestage.
By a different token of offering something fresh and different, the car's second row seats can even be swivelled 180 degrees, such that they face the third row. In practice, it's hard to imagine your rear occupants seated as such - but the functionality does mean getting into the second row, or loading up booster seats, can be far easier than on other three-row SUVs.
Furthermore, the EV9 has all the equipment and performance expected of both a large SUV and of an electric flagship.
Apart from front ventilated seats, a dual-sunroof, and a banging Meridian premium speaker system, the car also packs on an incredible total of 20 standard driver-assist features. This isn't a cheap car by any stretch - but it's hard to imagine European competitors being so generous at a similar price point.
Of course, the EV9 is also a breeze to pilot on the move; its dual-motors making light of its 2.6-tonne kerb weight to send it to 100km/h from rest in a scenery-blurring six seconds. Drive it more sensibly, and its 99.8kWh battery can return more than 400km of range in the real world too. |

Electric Coupe-SUV of the Year

Nissan Ariya Electric
Price: $248,800 - $250,800 Distributor: Tan Chong Motor Sales
|
|
|
Coupe SUVs are often derided for insensibly messing with a proper working formula - flattening an originally boxy form into something slightly misshapen - all in the name of chasing trends. The Nissan Ariya, however, is so beautifully proportioned that you couldn't imagine it as anything else except a coupe SUV.
Arriving in Singapore this year at last - nearly two years since its preview at the 2023 Singapore Motor Show - Nissan's first all-new nameplate here in years still manages to feel fresh. It's only the brand's second fully electric passenger model to ever go on sale here, and rightfully feels light years ahead of its spiritual forebear (the Nissan Leaf) in terms of desirability, quality and even its quiet luxury.
You get the sense that the Ariya resulted from Nissan digging deeper into its roots. ‘Timeless Japanese Futurism' may sound like a bunch of buzzwords thrown together, but they actually make sense when beholding the car's sleek and minimalist form. As a special delight, traditional kumiko patterns - inspired by a Japanese woodworking technique - are dotted all over the car, starting from the car's front ‘grille', and continuing into its interior.
On the inside is where you'll get to experience that sense of quiet luxury mentioned earlier. Kumiko patterns aside, lending weight to the sense of heightened quality is the generous use of wooden surfaces - most notably across the dashboard's control panel, where illuminated buttons with haptic feedback offer a function yet upmarket. Built atop of a dedicated EV platform, the cabin is plush and spacious too, thanks to the flat floor both up front and at the rear.
All of that lightness and ease persists still when the Ariya hits the road.
Though not the fastest EV on the road, power is still plentiful thanks to the 150kW and 300Nm of instant torque from its single electric motor. Coupled with the car's light steering and supple suspension, every drive feels comfortable. What's more, the Ariya has it in itself to go the distance too, with its 66kWh battery providing us with a real-world range of between 400km to 450km.
Admittedly, the Ariya isn't the flashiest or buzziest new kid on the block. Nevertheless, this definitely feels like a confident step upwards and forward for Nissan, delivering newfound style and interior polish that elevates it over the rest of its modern-day siblings. |

Electric Premium SUV of the Year

Porsche Macan Electric
Price: POA (w/o COE) Distributor: Porsche Singapore
|
|
|
No sensible person will dispute the fact that flat-sixes will forever lie at the heart of Porsche. But multiple truths can co-exist, and as the new generation of the brand’s bestselling model demonstrates, properly-finessed electric power has actually brought new energy and strength to Stuttgart.
Yes, the Macan has gone full-electric at last - and it’s likely that most of its buyers will feel wistful about its waning love affair with combustion power.
Credit is largely due to the fact that Porsche hasn’t simply swapped its engine(s) out for an electric motor or two. Instead, this new Macan was envisioned to be fully electric from the start.
It rides on an all-new platform called the PPE (Premium Platform Electric) that’s given it serious firepower on multiple fronts, even as it enters one of the most crowded fields on the market. Practicality, for starters, is a major area in which this electric Macan has benefitted. With a wheelbase that’s a good 86mm longer than that on its combustion-powered predecessor, space on the rear bench finally feels more up to par with what’s commonly seen on other SUVs of its segment. Buyers of such cars also want a machine with presence, and tucking the car’s wheels further out into the corners has given this electric Macan a more powerful stance - which is further accentuated by the pronounced wings and strong haunches of its body, and of course, a full-width taillight.
The electric Macan also doesn’t want for range. A sizable 95kWh battery means that officially, it can go up to 613km on a full charge (even knocking a fifth off this figure for real-world conditions positions it among the top of its peers). But the biggest headline, of course, is its performance.
All variants of the electric Macan will easily leave their older combustion-powered equivalents in the dust - with the Macan 4 that we drove capable of an incredible 402bhp. (The mighty 2.9-litre V6 on the old Macan S, for reference, could churn out ‘only’ 375bhp.)
Task it to Porsche, too, to know that a mere three-digit figure is not all there is to a sporty car. Thrown around a set of curves, body roll is remarkably well-contained on the Macan, while its quick yet well-weighted steering rack and excellent ride quality further ramp up the pleasure behind the wheel.
Holding a mirror up to this lingering Porsche-likeness is the Macan’s cabin, whose build quality rises to the same glorious heights seen on past machines from the brand. Even today, few competitors can hold a candle to the sort of solidity felt here when settling into the driver’s seat and beholding the well-calibrated mixture of materials, buttons and screens that await.
Admittedly, preferences are subjective; some may miss the bellow of a turbocharged engine, or look fondly back on the more conservative styling found on Macans of old. Objectively, however? There’s no denying the Macan has become a more excellent luxury SUV with this generational switch. |

Electric Premium Large SUV of the Year
![](https://i.i-sgcm.com/coty2024/cars/21729_25.jpg) |
Audi Q8 Sportback e-tron Electric
Price: $475,273 Distributor: Premium Automobiles
|
|
|
Large luxury SUVs conjure images of hunkering excess - and while the Q8 Sportback e-tron knows more than a thing or two about what it means to live lavishly, its charm also lies in its preference for being subdued.
The Q8 Sportback e-tron marks one of the pinnacles of electric motoring for Audi today. Its mid-life refresh has given it subtly fresher styling in the form of new grille (which now bears a light, elegant touch of illumination), but otherwise, it's still recognisably Audi-like: Clean and sleek, instead of confoundingly foreign. Against the Q8 e-tron (with its more conventional SUV body style), this feels like the more attractive twin too, with its extra curves adding extra sensuality.
The interior experience is likewise comfortingly familiar.
Audi has always excelled in crafting muted yet high-quality interiors with a heavy emphasis on intuitiveness, and the Q8 Sportback e-tron is no different. (Credit is due especially to the MMI infotainment system, with its snappy yet user-friendly tile-based interface.) A number of special elements stand out nonetheless - an eye-catching touchscreen dedicated purely to air-conditioning controls, for one, as well as a hefty gearshift lever that feels sumptuous and pleasant to grasp.
And mind you - because the Q8 Sportback e-tron is no small car, space is fantastic. Asian adults should have sufficient head room on the rear bench despite the sloping roofline - and definitely plenty of shoulder room, thanks to the car's sheer width. A 528-litre boot should also swallow up golf bags and grocery runs at Dempsey with ease.
What's notably different, however - and here's where the Q8 Sportback e-tron takes a leap forward - is when it's on the move. Now powered by a larger capacity 95kWh battery, and with revised electric motors propelling all four wheels, the car promises to go not just further but quicker between charges.
To be clear, it's not that its new name and new upgrades have overhauled the Q8 Sportback e-tron's character. But the car never really needed an overhaul anyway; it's always been an effortless, blistering quick luxe barge - content on pursuing its own quieter, curated ideals of luxury.
Against the competition today, we think that's exactly the sort of quality that continues to help it stand out. |

Electric Performance SUV of the Year
![](https://i.i-sgcm.com/coty2024/cars/21865_26.jpg) |
Volkswagen ID.5 GTX Electric
Price: $269,900 Distributor: Volkswagen Group Singapore
|
|
|
Initially, a 2.3-tonne, fully-electric SUV may seem far removed from the sorts of machines (the Golf GTI and Golf R) that have come to define performance for the Volkswagen brand. But consumer demands have changed, the market has shifted, and the pioneer for a new era of power for Volkswagen is this: The ID.5 GTX.
For a brand not typically known for outlandishness, it’s a bold-enough statement that delivers quite strongly on what one expects from the term ‘performance SUV’.
Three-letter suffix aside, the ID.5 GTX immediately sets itself apart from the standard ID.5 with racier styling courtesy of a smattering of black bits (those larger 21-inch rims are particularly tasty). Its cabin is likewise aimed at setting the heart beating a bit faster with its sports seats, and a dollop of red-stitching for good measure. Whether or not the current UI/UX direction Volkswagen has taken is the indisputable best-on-market remains up in the air, but it’s undeniable that the entire experience feels modern and polished. Besides, as with the standard ID.5, there’s no disputing the sheer amount of space on offer - regardless of where you’re seated.
Naturally, however, the real draw of the ID.5 GTX will only make itself apparent when you flick that column shifter into D, put the car into ‘Sport’, and take to the road. Dig your foot deep deep into the ‘Play’ pedal, and you might forget for an instant how much this car weighs, as all 335bhp and 545Nm of torque are unleashed from the car’s two electric motors. Volkswagen claims a century sprint timing of 5.4 seconds - a figure you’d be hard-pressed to doubt. (For context too, that’s a full second quicker than the Mk8 GTI.) With power sent to all wheels, grip is plentiful too.
On that note, however, comparisons to the GTI are best left in the background, for they obscure the sorts of joys felt behind the wheel of the ID.5 GTX. This is a car whose lethality is silent rather than dramatic; whose idea of performance makes sure to prioritise comfort all the time, rather than leave it behind in fleeting bursts. Drivers admittedly have a generous range of play with the individual settings of the car’s dynamics, but they’ll probably find the car’s ride pliant even at its sportiest setting.
The result? The ID.5 GTX is best relished as a cushy yet powerful cruiser: Perhaps less in its element when trying to carve up corners, but unquestionably ruthless in its ability to outrun most ICE cars you’ll meet on the road. Eyes locked firmly onto a new electric age, we’d say that’s exactly the sort of character appreciated of a large, powerful SUV. |

Electric MPV of the Year
![](https://i.i-sgcm.com/coty2024/cars/21839_27.jpg) |
Maxus MIFA 7 Electric
Price: $232,999 - $237,999 Distributor: Cycle & Carriage Maxus
|
|
|
Maxus had already thrown its hat into the electric MPV ring earlier on with the MIFA 9, but it was really when the smaller MIFA 7 arrived this year that a fuller vision of mainstream appeal came into view.
Positioned below its larger brother both in size and price, the MIFA 7 has all the makings of a great people-mover for Singapore's roads.
Its smaller size, sitting at under five metres long and less than 1.9m wide, makes it more manageable for our roads, even as it maintains a domineering presence thanks to its slab-like styling. At the same time, it manages to retain more than enough space to ensure seven can come along for the ride, and not have to jostle for space while they're at it.
Don't mistake its more palatable price point for a lack of creature comforts too.
Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless mobile charging tray up front, and both a powered tailgate and powered sliding doors; step up to the Premium trim, and you even get Nappa leather and ventilated driver's seats.
Throughout the cabin - but especially on the second row's captain's chairs - occupants will also find some of the cushiest leather seats on offer, while an eight-speaker JBL sound system should ensure that all onboard can take turns to fully enjoy their 2024 Spotify Wrapped playlists.
In moments when silence is preferred, however, the MIFA 7 also delivers strongly. Propulsion from its single electric motor - capable of a commendable 180kW and 350Nm of torque - is quiet, smooth and instant. In this state, the cabin's ability to keep tyre roar and wind noise at bay (the latter quality likely comes courtesy of the windscreen's acoustic glass) is highlighted even further too. Best of all, you won't even have to recharge the MIFA 7 too often since its 90kWh battery provides up to 480km of range.
The larger electric MPVs will continue to duke it out amongst themselves - throwing in all the material luxuries and technologies while at it to reign supreme. (And competition looks like it will stiffen further still in this segment.) The Mifa 7, however, should be perfectly content where it is with the sweet-spot formula it's already pulled together as a people-mover. |

Electric Large MPV of the Year
![](https://i.i-sgcm.com/coty2024/cars/21928_28.jpg) |
DENZA D9
Price: $290,888 - $338,388 Distributor: Vantage Automotive Limited
|
|
|
With the launch of the D9, DENZA makes its entry into the Singapore market. Large seven-seater MPVs are a staple of the family-mover market, and DENZA strives to make inroads with its premium all-electric D9.
On the design front, the D9 is expectedly large and boxy. The simple lines and recognisable silhouette is accented by distinctive daytime running lights that run downward on either side of the large front ‘grille’.
However, the true test of any premium MPV is the cabin experience, and here the D9 also scores highly. At over 5.2 metres long and with a 3,110mm wheelbase, space is expectedly generous – even passengers in the third row will enjoy a fair amount of legroom, along with air-con vents and two USB-C ports.
Of course, the best seats in the house are the twin captain’s chairs in the second row. Besides being lavishly comfortable, functions like ventilation, massage, and the ability to lie almost completely flat are all one touch away (the touchscreen on the armrest controls a wide range of functions). A 50W fast charging pocket and a USB-C port on each seat also easily keeps devices well-juiced. A large 6.9-litre fridge in the centre console is also handy for keeping drinks cold
As you would expect, the driving experience is comfort-focused. There’s plenty of punch from the electric drivetrain (especially on the twin-motor variant), but that is secondary to the car’s overall comfort. With active suspension and ‘Comfort Control’, the D9 does well in managing its weight and disguising its considerable heft.
The resulting experience scores high on quietness, comfort and serenity.
And when it comes to premium MPVs, those qualities are key. With a classy and well-featured cabin, a full suite of driver assistance and safety systems, as well as an accomplished electric powertrain, the D9 manages to deliver a highly compelling product at a competitive price point. That’s why it’s our Electric Large MPV of the Year. |

Hyundai Ioniq 6 Electric
Price: $196,150 - $268,800 Distributor: Komoco Motors
|
|
Among the six members of the Editorial Team that make up this year’s Judging Panel, our tastes and preferences in cars vary vastly. Some of us like a lovable compact hatchback, others a fire-breathing sports car, and some even an honest MPV. From quirky electric crossovers to luxe barges, the cars we hold dearest to our hearts are as different as our kaleidoscope of personalities.
And so choosing an Editorial Pick was no simple feat. Even the shortlist that was eventually narrowed down to was an eclectic mix – an electric wagon, a hybrid family sedan, and finally this: The Hyundai Ioniq 6.
And at first glance, the Ioniq 6 may not be the most obvious choice. It’s a sedan (or fastback), but also of a slightly untypical shape. It’s all-electric, but isn’t close to being class-topping in terms of performance. Four variants means pricing varies, but if price-to-value is paramount, there are probably more attractive alternatives out there.
And yet, somehow it was the choice that we all gravitated to, and the only one we can fully agree on.
The ‘streamliner’ design that the brand is going for may not immediately appeal to everybody, but it found great purchase in our eyes. It’s unique and distinctive silhouette is accentuated by a particular dedication to retro-inspired design elements like the Parametric Pixels.
The cabin delights with its considered ergonomics and ample space, while a good level of equipment and features ensure that daily drives are a delight. It certainly isn’t the loudest of flashiest, but it’s quiet, minimalist appeal in fact raises the sense of style.
On the road, we liked that regardless of powertrain setup, the car feels familiar – comfortable, quick enough, and yet still having a sense of dynamic composure and balance.
Besides its ‘Made in Singapore’ branding, it’s hard to define one singular thing that defines the Ioniq 6 (what with four variants to choose from).
However, it has a distinctive character that draws us to it (perhaps also because it’s a peculiar ‘sedan’ in a sea of SUVs). It straddles the line between practicality and desirability, between functionality and fun, between accessibility and unconventionality.
Eventually, we settled on trying to figure out what put a smile on all our faces. And the Ioniq 6 certainly does. That’s why it’s our Editorial Pick of 2024. |

BYD Atto 3 Electric
Price: $167,888 - $171,888 Distributor: E-Auto
|
|
It should come as little surprise that the BYD Atto 3 is the top viewed model in 2024, just as it was in 2023. The buzz around it has not ceased; if anything, it has only increased. So much so that it is the best-selling single model in Singapore in 2024.
That’s certainly helped by the introduction of a Cat A model – offering buyers a more affordable alternative without losing out much in terms of the car’s feature set. A light facelift in 2024 brings a larger infotainment screen and better tyres, adding even more to the car’s compelling package.
And it is precisely the car’s extensive feature set that has made it so appealing to buyers. It is packed full of technology and features, and the mechanical package is also tested and proven. It may not be the quickest in a straight line, but it offers a light and comfortable drive, while the 60.5kWh battery will deliver close to 400km on a full charge.
With numerous new players in the market, on top of established brands now offering more electric models, the competition is stiffer than before. But BYD’s first-mover advantage is clear – the brand has managed to capture significantly more market share in 2024, bolstered by this model.
And the value-for-money proposition is also impossible to ignore – aggressively priced against the competition, the Atto 3 makes an immediately compelling case to potential buyers, many of whom have clearly been convinced.
As the market continues to embrace electric mobility (and especially electric SUVs), the BYD Atto 3 should continue to remain front of mind for many shoppers. And it is easily Sgcarmart’s Top Viewed Model of 2024. |

BMW 5 Series Sedan Mild Hybrid

|
|
The BMW 5 Series needs no introduction. Through seven generations, it has set a high bar for quality, driveability and executive comfort. So how much improvement can a new generation bring? As it turns out, quite a lot.
The eighth generation model has grown larger in size, and with the relevant design changes to emphasises its imposing presence. The illuminated Iconic Glow kidney grilles come as standard, while a sleek and clean rear end accentuates the car’s new-found proportions.
Inside, the 5 Series receives many of the modern amenities found in the flagship 7 Series, including the Curved Display and Interaction Bar. Notably, the car runs the updated Operating System 8.5, which has a much more intuitive user interface through which a wide range of functions are accessed.
Quality and luxury has also been taken up a notch. Beyond just the materials and fit-and-finish, which are expectedly high quality, classy appointments like the fine-wood trim deliver an improved sense of classiness.
On the road, the new 5 Series’ greatest calling card is a new-found comfort and cushiness. Considering it is over five metres long, it’s hard to imagine it being lithe and compact. Instead, the 5 Series leans into ride comfort – supple and fuss-free over bumps, quiet and cosseting when on the move, all helped on by a refined 2.0-litre mild-hybrid engine producing 187bhp and 310Nm of torque.
In its eighth generation, the BMW 5 Series delivers increased space and cabin comfort, coupled with an upgrade in interior technology and functionality. With its plush ride and serene driving experience, it also brings an increased sense of luxury and quality. Considering its high levels of refinement and equipment, the new 5 Series is our Most Improved Car of the Year. |

Amidst a swathe of new brands in Singapore (and most of them Chinese EV makers), how does a newcomer (also a Chinese EV brand) stand out?
Well, one way is to purposefully position yourself above the competition - which is what Zeekr is doing.
The Zeekr X is the first model offered in Singapore, and it's a clear statement of intent. Built on the same shared underpinnings as the Volvo EX30 and Smart #1 (two other Geely-owned brands), the Zeekr X has an immediate sense of mechanical quality to it.
While straight-line performance is to be expected, the Zeekr X also delivers on-road sophistication to match its premium positioning. Quiet and supple on the go, the Zeekr X makes for a relaxed driving experience.
Another aspect that Zeekr looks to set itself apart is on the design front - bold, crisp exterior surfaces combine with a distinctive front light signature to create a distinctive look.
Inside, premium materials and high-quality finishing immediately elevate the sense of perceived quality. The car is expectedly chock-full of technology and features, but the execution of the user interface is thoughtful and well-considered. For example, the on-board camera has an auto-recording function, which negates the need for a third-party dash cam.
But the Zeekr X also has some playfulness to it, such as the ability to meow like a cat or use a built-in microphone to talk to people outside of the car.
In a highly competitive segment with so many other electric crossover choices, the Zeekr X stands out by delivering a raised level of quality (and a healthy dose of personality) at an attractive and competitive price point. And that's why it's our Best Electric Newcomer. |

In a year dominated by SUVs, electric or otherwise, how is it that an electric sedan is our Car of the Year?
By all accounts, BYD has had a stellar 2024: Besides new models being introduced, sales of the Atto 3 has catapulted the brand to the top of people's minds.
And yet, it is perhaps the Seal that has made the most waves in the car market - offering a tempting blend of electric mobility, wide ranging competencies, and excellent value for money.
It starts with the car's unmistakable exterior look. With its sleek silhouette, sharp lighting details and sport sedan aesthetics, the Seal wears its distinct look clearly and unapologetically.
Inside, the car delivers a high level of comfort and quality. The spacious cabin is decked out in quality materials, offering all passengers on board an experience that is recognisably premium.
Unsurprisingly, the car also comes loaded with technology and features, with the centrepiece being the rotating 15.6-inch infotainment screen. Beyond the standard swathe of car functions, passengers can even have their own Karaoke session with BYD microphones.
And the long list of standard equipment continues. The Seal has all the safety and assistance features you would expect from a modern EV, while ventilated front seats, a 12-speaker DYNAUDIO sound system and dynamic mood lighting further enhance the interior experience.
While the Seal Performance may have the headlining performance figures, it is the entry-level Seal Dynamic that perhaps delivers the greatest value proposition. (With three variants available, there's evidently a model for everyone.) Supremely comfortable and gentle riding, while still delivering plenty of accelerative punch when you need it, it's exactly the sort of car that would appeal to a wide range of buyers.
And it has. In a market dominated by SUVs, the BYD Seal stands out as a sedan that captures people's attentions, and also buyers' wallets. It manages to stand out by delivering a capable EV experience, but in a package that embraces being different amidst a market dominated by sameness.
Interesting on its own, and backed up by customer reception (with the sales figures that follow), the BYD Seal is our Sgcarmart Car of the Year 2024. |
