Highly recommended - Sent in for a paint respray on a small portion of wheel fender of a 9 yrs old car. Colour of resprayed area matched the existing paint well and no obvious joint line observed although I didn't get them to respray the whole panel. Very happy with the end result - Had a really great experience with Cheng Chuan Motor, especially with Ah Kun, who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no hard selling. Ah Kun took the time to inspect the damage on my Lexus RX300 and patiently explained the different options available to me. He gave me a few choices — whether to repair and respray just the damaged side door and bumper, or to take the opportunity to respray the whole car. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option and left the decision entirely to me without any pressure. In the end, I decided to have the car repaired and resprayed, and Cheng Chuan Motor did an excellent job. The workmanship was very good, the damaged areas were repaired beautifully, and the respray on my Lexus RX300 came out looking fantastic. I’m very happy with the end result. It’s not easy to find a workshop that combines good workmanship, honest advice, reasonable options and genuinely good customer service. Special thanks to Ah Kun for making the whole experience so smooth and hassle-free. Definitely a workshop I would recommend to friends and family.
