Kick started my inquiry on 17/7/2023 and got a speedy response with 1 hour on the same day. Types of vehicles available, price, deposit and access image were shared together with the various possible locations to pick up your vehicle however I opted their delivery/pick up service for $10/way for convenience and love this additional service.

Once I had confirmed the type of vehicle I wanted, the rest was smooth as ice. Submitted my IC & Driving License for contract preparation, received the document next day, read and review and e-sign via Adobe Signed done very EASY and returned. Next follows paying the deposit via PayNow (QR) and it was done.

Rented Toyota Sienta from 22/7/2023 to 24/7/2023. Car was approximately 2-3 years old, very well maintained, cleaned, not damage and no bad smell from regularly used car-sharing platform cars. Car was delivered promptly as promise between 10am to 10.30am. Walk around the car together, marking scratches, dents, cracks, (if any) but greatly there was none major except use & Wear mild scratches (not visible) to be honest but thankful the person in charge was honest and applaud her for her integrity. Paid the balance payment via PayNow, got the keys and we enjoyed a 2-day drive of this car with 2 adults and 5 kids.

Returning was just as ease, person in charge contact me that she will be arriving at 11.30am, arrived on time. Returned the key, walk through one more time to check the car for damages (Thankfully there was none). Sign the returned Delivery Order (DO) and all was done under 15 mins.

Sorry for the long post, since this was my first and will not be going to be my last, thought I share in more details so that if ever anyone is seeking for a short-term car renting platform, do consider them. Though they may not have an app yet like some other car-sharing-platform but trust their speed, professionalism and knowledge was not at all compromised in anyway.

Lastly, I want to extend my heartiest Thank You to "FILA" (paiseh did not get her full name) for responding to all my queries, chats, logs and selecting a beautiful car for me and my family.
