IMPECCABLE SERVICE - I'm very sceptical with Automotive Garage and always extra cautious on charges with a series of bad experience in the past. So, when my friends told me about MSP, my defensive wall was all up and determine to prove my friends wrong.
I took my Carrera to MSP for Gearbox issues. Calvin answered all the questions I raised. He pass my 1st test.
Calvin didn't go straight for my wallet which surprised me. In fact, he had mechanic to check thoroughly for noises, harsh shifting and leaks. They did this entirely for Free for the 3 days I left the car with MSP !!
That stuck me! No workshop by far had done a thorough diagnostic for free! Thus, I'm convince they are true to their word - No hidden cost ! Though the Gearbox was costly, I believe Calvin when he showed me the pictures and videos! The workmanship is impeccable as after 1 year already, I do not have any issues at all

Kudos to all the staffs - I'm very fussy about when come to washing my car. Decided to try this detailing. Was sitting down to see the process of washing. They used different kind of cloths for each portion . Which is very details. Even for my bucket seats , they don't even sit down rather bend to wipe off my interior which I salute them. In short every parts was handled with extra care. I noticed every car they treat equally . The one handled me was named Joseph...
