Bad experience with Drive Lah - I have a bad experience with the host last year upon returning the vehicle. Get a reply from Drive Lah few weeks later on rims been scratch and would bill me for it. Pictures was taken clearly on the vehicle upon return through Drive lah apps. After email in for clarification and proof of pictures, advise to look through on other hirer after me look for scratch rim and was told I'm at fault. Quietly they bill me on scratch repair, late retuning and admin charges through my credit card. It amount to almost the rental period I rent this vehicle and the hassle I need to go through with them. Firstly dishonest host who want to benefit from self damages or from other hirer. Secondly Drive Lah might be credited host on the process of having 5 Star rating with them. My advise is be careful of the host you renting from and Drive lah policy with unreasonable charges. It's a very sad and disappointing fact using Drive Lah scheme and I would not use their apps anymore. All hirer beware
