Inexperienced staff damaged my Rays Ventus Rim - Inexperienced Indian staff damaged my rims, does not have the integrity to own up. Still argue and claiming that the scratches were there when I brought the rims to change. Doesn't even know that lock nut are supposed to be hand tighten and even gave me an uneven tire pressure

Best workshop - I've been coming here for my accident claims, car repairs, and regular servicing, and the experience has always been excellent. The entire process is smooth and hassle-free, and the team is professional, honest, and efficient. They always keep me updated and make sure my car is repaired to a high standard. A special thank you to Boss Melvin, Pauline, Gaoyang, and Ash. They are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. Experience with Charlotte Vehicle rental - 1. Entice me to rent a car with rates lower than market rates, and started with fast and responsive reply almost immediately.
2. When I start my contract, they further entice me to pay additional payments (lower monthly installments), and I made 1 additional month payment (as renewal)- as far as I am aware with other Car Rentals, none of them kept asking to make advance payments almost every other day.
3. With 2 months rental paid, the car was being towed (because they do not own the car and seems that they owe their rental partner money, hence the towing)
4. When I bring the car for servicing, their contractor seems to be displeased that they are well known to delay/ or does not make payment for the services rendered.
5. Continue to entice me to renew the car with further monthly rental and "Lucky draw"; Which did not happen IMO.
6. 2-3 weeks later, the car was towed again the 2nd time.
7. They assured me is a technical issue and further entice me to make additional payment.
8. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided not to renew after my contract period.
9. With 2 weeks left in my contract and my deposit, they requested an early termination and promised to refund my money.
10. When I asked for the refund date, they refer to the contract, that Deposit is refundable only after 2 working weeks and Jordan (the boss) push me to their accounts; Christina.
11. When I contact Christina, she did not reply firmly on the refund date.
12. I went back to Jordan, and he gave me another number of Christina; Which the message was not able to send through.
13. Came back to Jordan, he MIA me.
14. During the entire loan period, whatever he promised; 6 days rental waiver; Due to the towing of car, Grab fare to pick up the towed car and parking fees they incurred for parking at their company premises were unfulfilled; It gave me the feeling that their intention was to default all their terminated contracts.
**Btw, all their staffs were unresponsive or contactable immediately once I terminate the contract with them.
So please rent at your own risk.

Accommodating and flexible - I chanced upon aka car rental after multiple tries with other companies, Aka car rental Ms Rachel was willing to give me a chance , something others didn't due to my past records. She and aka have been very accommodating and flexible . They always try to work something out for both parties in any case ... This is from personal experience . Any breakdown or repairs within 30 mins the mechanic will be at your location looking into the matter. They are Good people ... providing Good service .. Highly recommended .
