Shelly is helpful in assisting me in the towing process. She arranged the towing and it came swiftly. The Mechanic also did it and by seeing their workmanship, they know what they doing and they only replace parts that needs to be changed. Some other workshops i went before charged me for the parts that is not even need changing. Worst still they charge for the parts that they didnt even change.
