Tyre change for my SUV

Went there for a tyre change on my SUV Initially wanted the Michelin Primacy 4+ but was recommended Sport 4S tyres Cost more but was told that road noise and handling will be better When I inspect the tyres later, found out that all 4 of them are made mid of 2023 Was upset why they charge so much for old tyre No one can explain to me and just brush me off saying such tyres are limited stock and...

Very disappointing experience

Went in to change a set of 4 Michelin tyres this morning. What's supposed to be a routine job turned horrible. Quick & Efficient job, change was done in under 30 minutes but it's not always quick equals good. As a matter of fact, possibly because of the quickness plus the tight workshop space, I noticed a deep & Long scratch on the car's paintwork from the petrol cap down to the bumper after the w...
