Went there for a tyre change on my SUV

Initially wanted the Michelin Primacy 4+ but was recommended Sport 4S tyres
Cost more but was told that road noise and handling will be better

When I inspect the tyres later, found out that all 4 of them are made mid of 2023
Was upset why they charge so much for old tyre
No one can explain to me and just brush me off saying such tyres are limited stock and it is just like that
Asked why did he not inform me earlier. He just walk away and ignore my question.

Totally disappointed with their attitude.
If they have told me before the change , I will not have agreed to change it.
Ask them to change back to my old tyres and was told there will be a service charge.
Have not choice but reluctantly agreed to it and pay up.

So BEWARE .Ask all the questions before proceeding.

Went in to change a set of 4 Michelin tyres this morning. What's supposed to be a routine job turned horrible. Quick & Efficient job, change was done in under 30 minutes but it's not always quick equals good. As a matter of fact, possibly because of the quickness plus the tight workshop space, I noticed a deep & Long scratch on the car's paintwork from the petrol cap down to the bumper after the work was complete. When confronted, the father & Son team vehemently denied it was their fault. I pointed out the fact that the deep scratches plus fresh dirt/rubber marks were not there before visiting the workshop, which would also correspond to either tyre marks or the wrench when removing the nuts. Both just walked away without any remorse or even uttering a word of apology. Talk about service recovery. Very disappointing experience. I just wanted to change my set of tyres & Be on my way. But now I am left to pay for a paint job & More wasted time which is totally unnecessary. Hard lesson learnt, guess there's always a first & Last for everything. Cheap, quick & Efficiency may not be the best option. Be warned.

Just collected my new car, went for rims and tyre change. No nonsense shop, gets the job done. Workers are friendly despite being so busy. Price very reasonable as compared to other places.

Went to change my tyres today @ Kim Hoe. The workshop was busy when I reached but as there were quite a lot of workers, my car was attended to very fast. Reasonable priced. No hard selling or unnecessary recommendation. Great job done!

Call them on saturday morning to check on tires availability (Michelin Primacy 4). They confirmed the stock availability and the price $180 per tire, and told me dont need to reserve the tires and can come anytime. Just to be sure, I told them I will be there 1-2 hour later, they say OK.
Once reached, w/o asking anything they try to remove my tires already, and I asked them to stop, and let me confirm with office again on the stock and the price again. To my SURPRISE, no stock. And they convince me to take other models and told all sort of stories that Primacy 4 is more expensive than earlier AGREED PRICE blah blah blah, which I'm quite reluctant and say maybe come back next time. GUESS what, they immediately change story now and say other branch have the stock, at the AGREED PRICE EARLIER, SO DISHONEST!! Best part is they ask me to PAY at his branch BUT go to other branch to fix it. Since they say so, I just want to get the things done and pay as instructed. After reaching another branch, no one care to even entertain or explain to me, just proceed to change the tires as instructed as if I'm INVISIBLE, I suppose that is because the SALES already clocked at the first branch, and what the heck to entertaint me anyway, just get their job done and probably want me to get lost ASAP, I suppose.
Overall a very bad experience for me, will not go back to them ever again. For anyone plan to purchase tires from them in the future, please check for stock availability and price when you reach before allowing them to start taking out your old tires or rims, else you end up with the same fate as me.

SMS Daryl about stock availability of the tyre for my ride. He messaged to say there is stock. Went down this evening to replace all my tires. His workers were fast and efficient and it was all done in less than 30 mins. Very value for money

Had the unpleasant experience of a punctured tyre a month ago.

Managed to change to spare tyre after sweating buckloads, and drove down to Kim Hoe upon searching for a tyre workshop that was open on a Sunday. When I arrived, saw Kim Hoe bustling with activity. It was also the only workshop that was open in that Ubi stretch.

Explained my situation and had wanted to use back my Eagle F1A2, but was told it's now F1A3. Changed the 2 front tyres to the new F1A3, and swapped the old tyres to the rear. All done in about 30mins.

Was there again this week to do chemical wash for aircon. Excellent service rendered again, with nice smelling aircon after. Mechanic also helped to clear out leaves and rubbish and changed my aircon filter. Very reasonable price.

Excellent service from Daryl and crew. Called Daryl up when i saw the ad on sgcarmart regarding the pzero tyres. Price is much cheaper compared to other workshop outside. Arrived shortly after at kb ave 2 and did my alignment as well. Service was prompt and price reasonable.. Will be my regular tyre place in future. Thanks Daryl!

Bought a set of used 17" Tyres. Subsequently 1 tyres found to have a bulge on the sidewall. Went back and was advised by shop that tyre can still be used and it was safe. You do your own research and arrive at your own conclusion. Buy used with them at your own risk

A friend of mine recommended Kim Hoe to me, contact person Daryl.
I smsed him about getting used tyre as my car left with 5 months before scraping off but he has no stock for my wheel size.
Instead, he quoted me new tyres at a very good price and also able to trade in for old tyres before my car scrape off.
Went down to his shop, within 20min my tyres were replaced.
Good and fast service, happy with driving with the new tyres and able to trade in for old tyres in few months time :)
