Call them on saturday morning to check on tires availability (Michelin Primacy 4). They confirmed the stock availability and the price $180 per tire, and told me dont need to reserve the tires and can come anytime. Just to be sure, I told them I will be there 1-2 hour later, they say OK.
Once reached, w/o asking anything they try to remove my tires already, and I asked them to stop, and let me confirm with office again on the stock and the price again. To my SURPRISE, no stock. And they convince me to take other models and told all sort of stories that Primacy 4 is more expensive than earlier AGREED PRICE blah blah blah, which I'm quite reluctant and say maybe come back next time. GUESS what, they immediately change story now and say other branch have the stock, at the AGREED PRICE EARLIER, SO DISHONEST!! Best part is they ask me to PAY at his branch BUT go to other branch to fix it. Since they say so, I just want to get the things done and pay as instructed. After reaching another branch, no one care to even entertain or explain to me, just proceed to change the tires as instructed as if I'm INVISIBLE, I suppose that is because the SALES already clocked at the first branch, and what the heck to entertaint me anyway, just get their job done and probably want me to get lost ASAP, I suppose.
Overall a very bad experience for me, will not go back to them ever again. For anyone plan to purchase tires from them in the future, please check for stock availability and price when you reach before allowing them to start taking out your old tires or rims, else you end up with the same fate as me. SMS Daryl about stock availability of the tyre for my ride. He messaged to say there is stock. Went down this evening to replace all my tires. His workers were fast and efficient and it was all done in less than 30 mins. Very value for money Post Management Response

Bought a set of used 17" Tyres. Subsequently 1 tyres found to have a bulge on the sidewall. Went back and was advised by shop that tyre can still be used and it was safe. You do your own research and arrive at your own conclusion. Buy used with them at your own risk Post Management Response

A friend of mine recommended Kim Hoe to me, contact person Daryl.
I smsed him about getting used tyre as my car left with 5 months before scraping off but he has no stock for my wheel size.
Instead, he quoted me new tyres at a very good price and also able to trade in for old tyres before my car scrape off.
Went down to his shop, within 20min my tyres were replaced.

Had my 4yr old tyres replaced to Goodyear f1a2 at Daryl's new outlet. Never regretted since. Its grippy on raining days and can hold very well in corners. Just perfect for everyday driving. Daryl also made sure to tell me to rotate my tyres every 10000km to ensure longevity of the tyres.
The new outlet is also v clean and organized as well as packed. Avoid afternoon if possible. Daryl should hire more workers to assist him. Post Management Response

Saw their ad and immediately Sms Daryl about the tyres and he was quite fast in replying my Sms even though he is so busy.. Went down half an he before their shop close.. Daryl even recommend me not to waste $ to get the better 2nd hand Tyres as they are overkill as my car is only about 1yr + left.. So gotten a set of PS3 Tyres good enough to last me for a yr and gotten a new car battery from them as I find their price are cheap and service are good.. Went down last week (Autobay) and purchase the Achilles 2233 tyres from Ah Heng. Was choosing between 45 and 50 profile. He had patiently explained to me the pros and cons. Prices quoted are very reasonable.

Went down to Euno shop in morning. There was already 1 Singpost van, 1 taxi, 1 BMW, and 1 lorry waiting. Workers were fast on their hands and had a great sense of urgency. They were literally running from place to place like afraid to keep customer waiting. Change 4 tires and it was done in less than 30 minutes despite long queue. Would highly recommend. Was doing servicing at autobay when i chanced upon kim hoe. Visited the shop to ask for a particular brand and Sally helped me to order the tyres that i need. 2nd visit to Kim Hoe Tyres after i got my continental from them about 2 years ago. Bought another set of continental after i saw their ad online having promotion. As expected, service from their crew still as excellent. Darly rendered assistance to me thro out and even threw in a free yokohama usb charger even though i bought conti.
