Eurokars focus on new business but not existing mazda Car owners
At this writing. It marks my deepest disappointment with this service centre. I been a regular person since day 1 of my Mazda 6 (2018). Just last week the service centre truely let me down. The service agent told my wife the car can be driven even after knowing the radiator is leaking very badly as they didnt have parts available. This is extremely disgusting as they immediately as a sales person... Read More »
Poor attitude and faulty service
Avoid at all cost as this centre has gotten complacent. Went to service for brake issues but reception tried to sell a package. Also gave a irresponsible answer when asked about the brake failure instead of diverting to trained technician. After servicing, car has several new issues like screen went total blackout during driving!! (see pic) and the service center only works 9-5 weekdays with ze... Read More »
Poor service. Car ventilation seat not working after OBU installation.

Mazda spoilt my IU during servicing
Awful service at TransEurokars at Leng Kee. Sent in my Mazda for servicing and the IU was not working after servicing. Worked fine before. (They did rewiring for new camera during servicing). But claim not their responsibility. No apology. I'm now at Vicom getting IU replaced. Dont think I'll service my car with Mazda anymore. Not trustworthy.
