Over charging.
I had them to replace the tension spring & gas strut for the trunk and was told that the parts costs $255 which is fine but labour costs $200. Missed out this job until I verified on collection. It was just mere 10 mins by pulling out the carpet lining replace the spring. $200 costs more than wheel alignment which take more time and equipment. Bought a full set of Goodyear F1 AS3 tyres from them and also enquired about wheel alignment. They agreed to bundle the wheel alignment at a lower price (about 1/2 of market rate based on my own research).
