Scam workshop - After spending 3k on a gearbox overhaul and numerous revisits to fix an issue, it wasn't resolved. In and out of the workshop at least 5 times over 6 months and my car came back worse. Please avoid this workshop at all costs. Totally not trustworthy and unreliable. Recently visited a reputable workshop and the mech was able to find the real issue in just one visit. So my gearbox didn't even have an issue from the start it was due to their misdiagnosis (not sure if it's on purpose to earn money) that I had to go thru all that hell. Terrible terrible experience. Please avoid them at all cost unless you want to go through the same shit I've endured.

Prompt replies and accommodating - From the start to the end the replies and promptness of it were very good. All my enquiries were replied to even when they do not know if it will be converted into a detailing session. This level of customer experience is becoming less and less common. I made an appointment without a hassle and they accommodated when change of timing two days before. Upon arrival I was promptly attended to by Joseph and he shared about the process and also offered other services and treatments for the car which he felt was necessary. No hard selling here and no pressure for sure. Picked up the car earlier than expected and during the process I was updated with pictures and videos too. The outcome was great as the car especially the interior feels like it’s a brand new car! I think the products used and the quality of them I.e. Sonax is important in delivering this kind of an outcome too. The coating on my car also looks great even it’s the basic one. They even extend a coating check after few days later if you’re in the area and want to drop by. Will definitely reccomend to anyone who wants to consider detailing their vehicles!
