Despite multiple damages identified during the rental period, we only proceeded with one damage claim relating to the broken side mirror replacement as a goodwill arrangement, with the corresponding company invoice provided accordingly.

There was no deposit forfeited without legitimate reason and supporting proof of damage provided. As of now, there remains an outstanding balance pending settlement with the company.

We would like to clarify our rental agreement procedures. Upon collection of the car, we record any damages and require customers to acknowledge this with a countersignature. We ensure all our cars are well-maintained before renting them out. If there are any damages upon returning the car that were not initially recorded, and these are proven with photos, customers will be charged accordingly, or they have the option to get the car repaired.

If there are no damages based on the initial record, no additional costs will be incurred, and the full deposit will be refunded.
