He is definitely experienced and understand a consumer's questions, concerns and doubts. Gabriel has even prepared all the product/service explanations in his mobile and therefore was able to provide clear and detailed answers. Given that he is on site himself to do the work, his response time is considered prompt. Once you understand his products/services, you can discuss with Gabriel the best solution for your ride and negotiate the price. Truth be told, New Age is not the cheapest around. But I am looking for great products, good service, ethnical business practice at a FAIR price - not some cheapskate who wants quality at the least price. Please, he is running a business too and need to eat, pay rent and survive. For my request and expectations, New Age has won my endorsement with their good work. Gabriel will update you at different stages of your car's job and even provide some small extras at no cost.
