Not the best place to go to. Had vibration issues, they misdiagnose, change wheel bearing and shaft. Issue persist and they say no problem. I went to another workshop and identified as tie rod worn in les than a minute, problem solved. Still had noise, and found out the boot cover was not properly installed by DM. After 10K , went for service at renowned subaru specialist ,checked front wheel wobbly, DM did not tie the central nut on the wheel. destroyed the bearing and had to replace again. Maybe i am the unlucky one, but i think they are not a responsible or knowledgeable workshop and will never go back again. - Sean C

I have front wheels tyres wear out unevenly. Replaced front 2 tyres. After that a knocking sound appear & Getting louder. Replaced brake pads and front shock absorber assembly. Still have minor knocking sound. Workshop suspect Wheels bearing. Replaced wheels bearing & Still have knocking sound. Workshop suspect tie rod. All replacement done at my usual workshop.(Not DM) I think my usual workshop can't solve so I went to DM. DM state no 100% Also 85% The sound came from lower control arms. So I leave it to DM do the replacement. But after that sound came from other parts. Now they became more serious with my car problem & Spend more manpower & Time to troubleshoot. They dismantle tie rods, linkages, car mount, check all car joints & Tighten. Removed items, put back & Test drive numerous times & Still have sound. I can see they are trying hard to solve. 2 hours job became nearly 6 hours. Then they remove my new shock absorbers assembly to check. While they taking out i went for my dinner and thinking of scrapping this car if they can't solve. Then DM called and say issue solved. They test drive with me with turning and braking, no more sound. They didn't charge me extra for the time spent. Send in on 26 today 31 driving for 5 days and the journey was excellent. Excellent Solving Skill! DM. Even after told me if still have any sound just come back to them. Even introduce me to a cheaper wheel alignment workshop nearby at $40. Thank you. DM.

I had been servicing my car and repairs at DM. Recently they helped me to diagnose and replace my auto transmission which was giving me lots of problem. I faced issues of the auto transmission fluid leaking and found that this workshop has good reviews on sgcarmart listing. Hence, I headed down for repair without negotiating the repair cost. After repair, the bill of $750 came out to be double the amount another workshop quoted me. The worst thing is the next day I found me gearbox coolant unit leaking and I went back to the workshop and they denied it was their repair fault; Insisted I needed to top up another $450 for the repair. Hence, I rejected the offer and went to another workshop which quoted me $190, half the price DM quoted me. I'm writing this review to prevent ignorant motorists like me to caught into this situation again. Now I'm seriously doubting about sgcarmart's review.

This is the workshop you should go, even more so if you drive a Subaru Forester. The workshop Boss Eric also drive a FXT, he knows this car inside out. Trust me, you will not go to other workshop once you patronise this workshop. I can leave my car with him without any worries as I know its in good hands. If you are driving a good car, you need someone who is adequately competent and experienced to maintain your car. Knowing I have a workshop that I can trust, I have even planned to extend my COE when the time comes. All my car issues are being troubleshooted in an expeditious and timely manner.

I did heavy modifications on my FXT. No regrets even till today. The modifications I did include turbo hybrid, intercooler, radiator, CVT cooler, oil catch tank, open pod, coilover, charge pipes, turbo inlet pipes, J pipe, mid pipe, exhaust, electronic boost controller, Blow off valve and etc. Modification is not only about changing the hardware. You will also need an expert like Eric to advise the full potential you can bring out from the car, while ensuring the integrity of the car engine and the gearbox is not compromised.

Eric and his team was superb. Really great guys to learn alot from. Changed to the open pod intake and instantly had alot of difference! The ARB helped with the driveability too. Will def come back for me! Thanks once again! - Muhammad Asyraf
