Good customer service, after ceramic coating, I discovered polish swirl marks on several panels and they redid the polishing and coating, no questions asked. Their sonax coating is definitely one of the better ones as well in the market, hydrophobic effect is immediately visible. - Ang, Owner of Mercedes-Benz E200
