Was there to get a quote and was hard sell to get a package. Staff's attitude changed once I mentioned I'll want to consider. Cannot imagine how the service will be like once you actually PAID upfront with no recourse. Extremely bad service & attitude.

For the price that I paid, I really think that its value for money. Job is really well done. Attitude is good. I dun go to Jalan Tua Kong, rather I patronise the commonwealth branch

It's true that not many people are able to afford $1k for their grooming. Nonetheless, i would say that this $1k is value for money, it may seems expensive initially but their service is very good. They're helped to salvage alot of my tiny dent marks and paint crack for free. Recently, they have also helped me to detect a defective job done by Orix from my insurance claim. I am certainly very grateful for helping me to keep my car in tip top condition and ensure that my car is well groomed and taken care. If you can afford their service, i'll would say, it is value for money.

The paint protection thing looks alright. But what a terrible way to do business. Yong tried to sell me a 1k plus package on the spot even though i have been recommended by a friend to go there! Attitude changed 360 degress when i said i will go back next week to do it instead of signing up today. Im never going back there not even if its free ... cannot stand the crap attitude.

Beware of misrepresentation for PPS package. Yong the owner who is at Jalan Tua Kong main office said its transferable but refused to honour this later. His attitude can change from cheerful smiling to downright rude and rogue when confronted about this misrepresentation. Very bad experience. Another friend who is regular client also complained of same treatment. Seems service attitude has slacken alot.

I've got packages for all my cars with groomworks since 2002. They have provided excellent service and have rescued the paint job several times. It's a definite 2 thumbs up!!!

Signup a package with them and $5 for a wash with vacuum and tyre shine. Very worth for money.

I'm very satisfied with the result and being members here will be entitled to discounts. The guy Yong is very helpful. He'll be the Maxwell branch on weekdays.

I conveniently leave my car with them for a day for leather cleaning while I go for work.
