Got a Benz with GPS integrated 2 years ago fitted by them for S$2000 (may be an exaggerated amount told by C&C), and since then I was always told there's no update for the 2018 map onboard when I could see the map was totally outdated. While I was relentless in getting updated map on the system, today, I was told they charged S$180 for a 2019 map when year 2020 is ending soon! My advice to Tomo: If you are not good at it, get out of the business. My advice to the consumers: If you are okay after reading my 1-star review, go ahead to engage them. - Brown Cony

Called days before for faulty car cam and told to go down anytime by the person in charge. Went at 12pm told by the same person he went for lunch, either look around for someone or come back at 1pm. Returned at 1pm and waited for him until 1.30pm and he slowly strolled out of his office. Not even apologetic and start quoting me prices (not cheap). Wasted my time and effort when actually he could have already advise me over the phone knowing my car cam model is already out of production. - Roy Chan

Car dash-cam was faulty and drove down to Tomo to get it to check. Service provided by Tomo was excellent and get a new dash-cam installed within 30mins! - Kevin Phua, Owner of Citroen Grand

Change to a pre-love ride and one of the first thing that we should do is to overhaul the leather seats. Approach Tomo-CSE to do the leather re-upholstery. Pleasant experience with decent of good design to choose from. Quality wise, tender leather and smooth feeling. Happy with my purchase.

I was there to install Bluetooth Bury CC9045 and out of my expectation, service was extremely awesome and upon fast installation(1hr), I was given an overview on what was installed and how to use it by the staff. Look for the person-incharge- Mr Liang. Very decent and friendly supervisor.
