Have been dealing with them for many years. The prices are reasonable after some negotiation. There is some hard selling and you must be firm and know your stuff not to fall for it.
The sons are welcoming and nice but the father is only interested in selling you big ticket items like tyres/ rims. I once went there on a Sunday to fix back speakers removed from the old car and the father did not take it positively and backed off only when the son explained I have been a regular customer having purchased a few round of tyres from them.
The son advised that in future I should come on weekdays for such small jobs as they are paying extra to get their workers back on a Sunday.
The father does not understand that if you want to retain long term customers you have to cater to every need whether small or big especially when they are already providing such services.
Customer service is below average especially if you end up dealing with the father and do not go on a Sunday for low cost jobs.

Called on sun afternoon and was told there is extra cable which can be installed. Went there in 30mins and was attended by a tech expert. Told him my wishlist to watch youtube in my HU using my iphone. And also to fix my inverted volume control and rear monitor (no signal).

Overall done to my wish and labour plus extra cable is $35. Very reasonable since original cable may not be cheap.

Will go again maybe to install new rims and tyres. There is quite a huge range there. Spacious car parking available as they occupied almost 4 units out of 6 units there. There is resting area there as well.

I purchased a set of Michelin PS3 yesterday. The service rendered is perfect. My rims are given a wash after the new tyres are fitted and I was even offered a drink while waiting.

The down side is that the price is slightly higher. Since I didn't really do my homework, I cannot blame anyone for that.

Overall, I will still visit again for my other cars. But next time I will need to bargain abit.

I was recommended to go over by my brother. Did my rims here, and was really impressed with their workmanship. Fast and efficient. And of course, not forgetting their very friendly and helpful staffs. They even recommended me products for me to consider to care for my rims. THANKS!!

Beware though the staff there are rather ”enthusiastic” to get you to buy something else, e.g. Was advised to change tyres and car mats during this visit and on another occasion was asked to upgrade stereo .

Friendly service and good value. They were even nice enough to remind me not to scratch my new rims as I drove out of their workshop on the kerb right outside. Overall good service and friendly staff.

Recently purchased a set of 18" Varro VD06X rims from Eric & He recommended Michelin PS4 225/40/ZR18 tyres for my CN7. The 18" Michelin tyres are a fantastic upgrade from the 16" Stock tyres given. My car felt ALOT more stable and solid after the upgrade and steering felt less light and "Floaty". Unable to gauge the tyre performance in wet conditions since I didn't drive in the rain yet but I have complete peace of mind knowing I got the very best grade of performance tyres.

Eric was very patient and genuinely helpful throughout, and gave me a very good deal compared to other quotes I had received. There was a problem which resulted in one of my tyres getting ripped a few days after installation. He replaced that tyre promptly for me at no cost. Fantastic and reliable after sales service. Very impressed with his professionalism. Thumbs up and strongly recommend to everyone!

So glad I decided to buy from TS Auto (which is in the northern region where I'm staying) based on the positive reviews here instead of going to another tyre shop which is very faraway in the west area. It would have been a nightmare and quite impossible to get my tyres fixed within such a short timing if I had bought from other dealers located further away.

Air cooling coil fixed within 1 day. Price was v reasonable , AC now super cold! Ah Yong's workmanship is awesome! I saved Time,money and woes after going to TS Auto. Had a small glitch, but d Boss honoured his warranty service of 6 months and fixed it at zero dollar. Highly recommend TS Auto will go to them from now on for car related services.
