Went down today to do up my ICE at Nam Huat (Toh Guan). Attended by Ah Yang and two of his workers. Asked Ah Yang to recommend me component speakers and an amplifier for them and informed him of my budget. Immediately he gave me something to think about and without being pushy about it. Whenever I had any concerns or questions he would answer them patiently. Very satisfied with their workmanship and patience. Would go back to them anytime.

Found Nam Huat thru this and Pioneer website as it is one of the authorized dealer. Went down today to enquire and to replace the existing faulty one in my car. Staff was friendly and helpful, provided suggestions and was able to recommend a few models with explanation about the functions of each. Gave sound advice such as durability based on experience and he was patient with answering questions. Not pushy at all and we were free to decide our choice. Finally chose Pioneer AVH 1450 DVD and cost is reasonable with installation. Took about 45 mins in all for good job done. Technician demo'd how to use player patiently and also helped to preset FM stations. He even returned the faulty one so that we have option to put it back should we sell the car and keep the Pioneer one. Thought that was a good idea! Overall good positive experience... Thanks to Nam Huat, a highly recommended workshop. :)

Everyday when im at pie i will see this show by the side of Toh guan and decided to try my luck. Initially was to get an active sub as im those reasonable listener. that time i just gotten the pioneer 4350 dvd and decided to add on to make it better. List are the things i did with them oct 2011 : gotten a reasonable price car alarm and pioneer ts wx110a active sub. nov-dec 2011: mosconi amplifier + 4 " speakers + 6 " coaxial speakers + audison bit ten june 2012 part 1: overhaul whole system, fabricated door panel to fit 6 " speakers. Upgraded to morel dotech ovation + 2 layer aurix sound proof. june 2012 part 2: Did 10" audio system woofer + custom wooden box with hertz monoblock amp + retuning of audison bit ten + customised boot cover (Wooden, not acrylic.) Ah yang (foreman) who oversees all has deep knowledge abt products, understands ur budget constraints and is not pushy abt the products. Despite wanting to get a budget setup, his analysis and knowldge gives me the confidence of the products introduced and therefore i decided to get smth above avg, not so hard core. In the end, i get what i need too. The places gives good price and good scenery and waiting time although is long, there's an aircon room to rest and you can rest assure Nam huat gives u what u need for the price u pay and definitely price is slightly better than some other places.

Done my reverse sensors at Toh Guan Branch. Went back a couple of times for small adjustments, completed as soon as they can spare the time and without fuss.

Nice people. Initially I check the audio system price with them, later buy from outside sale. Then go back to them for installation, they gave me the same smile and same effort to fix my system. Very reasonable place in west.

The guys there are really customer oriented. I went back several times because I changed my mind about location and settings on my ICE. They did it each time without any question or dissatisfaction ! Really good people. Prices are also very down to earth ! I recommended many of my buddies there and they are full of praise for them ! Keep up the good work !

my searched for ICE ended at the Toh Guan outlet. was driving around looking for quotation and advice. This is the only shop that really made an effort to answer my questions, provide good advice... and most staff were very friendly... and surprisingly, the price quoted here is the cheapest among the workshops i've gone to... if looking for ice, go around other workshops before coming here, otherwise you won't appreciate the price and service.

beng1 I got my amplfier ,a pair of speaker and a subwoofer from them and is working good .

If looking for real gd sound system company in the West area, do not give them a miss. The finishings are very nice.

they dun exactly do upmarket audio, they also have lower ends one. but whether is expensive or cheap systems, they put in the same effort to make it sound the best. Boss is a long time friend of mine, i am also a loyal customer for them. Not promoting them but they really work professionally.
