Just gotten my Honda Stream last year end, and finally decided to get the headrest monitor for my kids at the back to keep them entertain during car ride. Without much knowledge in this, I seek my friend's advice and got introduced to Nam Huat by him. So I did some searching online and gotten their number from sgcarmart. Call them up immediately and check on the estimated price. Book an appointment on Sat, as I need to work on weekdays. I am glad I booked an appointment in advance. Their shop is full of car on a Sat. Even so, they attended to me immediately once I parked the car to check out what I need. After a short chat with one of the staff, decided to go for the 7" monitor. Went over to their Sin Ming outlet a few months ago to installed Iroad Q9. This is the 2nd time I have my car camera installed by them. Was very satisfied for the 1st time when I came here. Their staffs are very experienced, so I have decided to come back again this time. Went to Toh Guan branch to install power battery pack for my IRoad X9 dashcam 3 months back, staff was friendly and explained the functions of it in detailed. He even adjusted the settings of my dashcam so that it could record more in parking mode. - Darren Tay

Excellent service provided by the staffs @ Toh Guan outlet. Went down to purchase car camera as well as reverse camera for the car. One of the staff (sorry didnt manage to get his name) took his time to explain on the usage of the car camera, answering our qns patiently & politely. Not to forget the person behind the FB Messenger who answer all our queries from day 1 up till the day we purchase the camera as well as liaising with the toh guan outlet for our appt. This is not my 1st time & definitely not my last coming to their shop. Keep up the gd work!! 👍🏻👍🏻 - Jane Gonzales

I was introduced to Nam Huat by my friend who had installed his audio and Dash Cam in his car at the Toh Guan Branch a few months ago. So before I went down, gave them a call to make an appointment to install IROAD Dashcam. I am very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, chose the model of the Dashcam I desire and got it all installed within 30mins.
 
The staff there is patient to walk me through the usage of the IROAD app (he even helped me to install the app to my phone). 


Overall Experience is great and will recommend my friends to come by Nam Huat if they are looking for car audio or accessories.

Visited and installed AVH-Z2050BT at Toh Guan outlet on Sat 23 Oct. Went back on Mon 25 Oct to seek help due to map problem. Approached Alex, and he said no time, busy. Told me to read the manual by myself. I have never met such a rude person before.
Never ever go back to Nam Huat again.

I recently visited Toh Guan outlet. I met Mr Alex, Christina and his staff. They were all very courteous and friendly and strongly recommended me the latest Pioneer Products and they were really customer oriented. Their prices were negotiable too. Finally, I installed the AVH-X8750BT and the receiver in my car. I was very satisfied, pleased and impressed with their expertise, professional and workmanship. I really appreciate their wonderful service, which they have given to me.
I would like to thank them for their outstanding service.

I visited the Sin Ming branch of Nam Huat Car Audio in December 2014 and was served by Ah Meng who was patient and knowledgeable. I decided on purchasing the Pioneer AVH-X8650BT Multimedia Player and reverse sensor and the installation was handled by Ah Chai, a very experienced installer. Excellent service indeed.

Installed IRoad T7 video recorder for my car with them. They installed the recorder, both front and back, below 1.5 hours. Took time to explain to me how to use the device and very patiently answered my questions.

Went down again after 4 days because there were some problems with play back function. After checking and problem shooting, they replaced a brand new set for me. No question asked.

Solid customer service. I want to thank Alex and his team for the job well done!

Not the cheapest in town. But you will fantastic service. Went to the toh guan outlet and was served by Ah Yang and his team. Good problem solvers and his careful in their work. Not pushy at all.
