Can tell the enthusiasm and good customer service through the conversation with Providence. Very good knowledge in hybrid vehicle that is the reason I took my car to them.

Not that great actually, no vacuum and wash after my servicing, package is more than what they claim on the sgcarmart . But they got one thing right and that is the servicing is fast, the mechanic basically scan and completed the 27pts check by staring and touching the engine for less than 15sec. The reason my service took one and a half hour is probably that i wanted to replace some parts, and they spent 30min just trying to get the right parts. Good thing is the boss is friendly.

This is my first time doing my servicing at Providence. I was surprise with the service that the staff showed to me! The servicing was fast and hassle free! Free car wash and vacuuming! And can never go wrong with mobil 1 engine oil! Highly recommended! Thanks
