Took my Honda Vezel for a quick inspection to check braking system. Although I went without prior appointment, Providence front desk helped me get in touch with their folks. They asked me the problem, had a quick check and told me that my brake pads can still go for another 5K before change. Also, pointed out another issue, which was not detected by the earlier servicing.

I decided to change the brake pads anyways. They installed genuine Honda parts. I was impressed by their honesty, and service. Polite as well. Look out for Zai - highly professional and honest guy. 5 stars from me.

Enquired over the phone and was given a quote and told to bring my car down. Upon arrival, the team were very welcoming. They gave it a check and double confirmed the pricing with me which was similar to what they quoted before. I am glad that they did not try to jack the price up. Very honest! No hard selling at all.
