My Car just did a Platinum Treatment from them . In addition , they have used their new product "3M Paint Sealant" and is very amazing ! I don't seem to find any scratches and it shines amazingly . Good service from Mr Fan Hua . His dedication and professionalism has been instrumental on my decision to engage his service . He has carried out his job well and I found him to be attentive and meticulous. I would like to thank CarCare for the grooming session , and would definitely highly recommend my friends to them.

Send in my Cerato Forte for grooming more than a month ago up to now i am really happy with the work that was put onto my car. My car used to have a lot of rough surface which i tried to polish off myself a few times but was not able to after the grooming, the whole car was damn smooth. They had clean up my engine area, vaccum the car and polish the interior. I was waiting at the place for my car and when my car was about to be ready Fan Hua (Manager) did a inspection and make sure that everything was fine. Really a Excellent job, two thumps up for the 5 star service.

I sent my car to TTS after some persuasion from my colleague. My car was filled with stains that were very difficult to remove. When I was there, I was greeted by the Fan Hua (manager) who told me that my car was in a very bad condition but he will try his best. He patiently explained to me the "problem areas" of my car and took a mental note to work doubly hard on them. I was told that it will take about 2 hours for the whole process. During the grooming session, I saw 2 of his workers working on my car. From washing, waxing, polishing, etc and 1.5 hours later, Fan Hua said that my car was done. He walked me out of the customer lounge and took me to my car. I was shocked at the amount of effort put in to bring it back to life! It was shiny and gleaming once again! He confidently inspected the car with me, making sure that the "problem areas" were gone. He even took the pain to groom my engine bay that was never cleaned/washed throughout its 4 years. Every cent worth and I recommend that if you need to groom your car, look no further. GOOD JOB, GOOD SERVICE! Keep it up Fan Hua!

Good service from Fan Hua. Very satisfied with the job done. His team managed to get rid of the paint spots on my ride which the other "groomer" that operates in a tent located opposite Sin Ming Autocare promised but told me cant remove.

Well, CNY is coming round the corner, grooming is denfinely a MUST. Decided to give TTS Carcare a try after reading all the fantastic reviews given. I am happy with the service and workmanship given. Now my Nissan Latio looks clean and shine, thank you TTS.

Sent my 5 year old car to Fan Hua as recommended by my friends, he is very professional and he saw the watermarks which was there very long, he knew it couldn't be removed but he say he will minimized it. I also understand that watermark stains accumulated over the years couldn't be removed simply by going for a single grooming. There is a customer lounge just beside the grooming area and was air-conditioned with free coffee n tea and magazines to read. As I was enjoying the air-con during a very hot day, I can see the groomers diligently polishing my car through the glass window. I was very satisfied with the resullt, the car is so smooth, even smoother than a new car. Watermark stains were minimized, interior vacuum and well cleaned. Even the dirty stains on the leather were also removed! Well done Fan Hua. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

As assured by Fan Hua, and concurred by other members, TTS Carcare never fail to restore my 4 year-old car to its pristine showroom condition. All the scratches on my dark-colored car is gone. I stayed for the whole process and saw at least 2 staff working on my car without stopping, even though it was through their lunch time. Really dedicated!

I have done a full grooming on my car 3 weeks ago and till now the shine is as good as it was when it was treated by Fan Hua and his team of dedicated groomers. One reason I think was because they used only 3M products, from the start to the end, inside and out. Even my leather still shines (but not slippery, thumbs up). All the swirl and water were gone as promised. 5-stars for service and quality. BUT the only downside was the restroom. It was pretty dark (I am a female) and lacked hand soap. I hope the management may look into this matter. May not be very important but it definitely gives your customers a totally different feel. Just my 2 cents' worth. Overall, recommended for good results and very reasonable price! Plus no hard selling too!

Cheaper pricing after I got quotes from other shops. Was skeptical at first but nevertheless I decided to try after reading so much positive reviews about TTS CarCare; thinking it wouldn't go wrong as it is under the wing of TTS Eurocars, giving me further assurance. I made my booking 2 weeks in advanced. The day before, I got a call from them but was unable to answer as I was driving. A friendly staff dropped me an sms reminding me of the scheduled session I had booked. I surely wasn't expecting that though, given most merchants wouldn't even bother. When I arrived, I was greeted by Fan Hua and ushered into a cozy waiting lounge, fully equipped with magazines and a television to keep you occupied. He explained the full process of what is to be done. After that he brought me out to inspect my car and went through the 'problem areas' of my car with me. Definitely very professional and experienced in that field. I was assured that my car was in good hands and decided to head to bishan (about 5+ min away) to do some shopping since Fan Hua said it will take about 2.5hr. In 2hr, I got a call to inform me that me car was ready. Being anxious of the magic touch TTS CarCare has, I rushed back. To my amazement my car was INDEED gleaming again! All the fine scratches on my car's body was COMPLETELY GONE! I had a problem stain on my bonnet from neglecting a bird's poo but it was gone as well and shiny once again! They even took the painful trouble to clean up under my bonnet. The dull black plastic casings over my engine are now shiny, suggesting that the engine is 'new' once again! I recommend TTS CarCare. Definitely my preferred choice for all my grooming needs.

Visited after friends recommended me. I felt obliged to leave a comment as I truly appreciate their honesty. I visited TTS CarCare 2 weeks ago and for a full grooming for CNY. I parked my car there and left under the care of them. After 2.5hr Fanhua called me to inform that my car was ready. When I arrived, my car was restored to its showroom condition as expected from all my friends' other experiences with TTS CarCare. Went on to inspect the whole car from front to back, exterior and interior. Everythign was good, if not better! When I was in my car and leaving, one of the staffs chased after me. I stopped to see what's going on. To my surprise, he handed me a stack of cash (quite a large amt) that had dropped from my pocket I believe while I was taking out my handphone. Nothing was taken at all and I really am grateful to them. Thank you CarCare, you not only provide excellent car grooming services, reasonable pricing, you are are also very honest and trustworthy. INDEED 5-STAR SERVICE!

Visited Tts Carcare upon recommendation of a friend who goes there regularly for grooming needs. Prices were well worth it as I saw at least 2 staff work effortlessly on my 3+ yr old car. I have never done any polishing/waxing before. After more than 3hr, Fan Hua (manager) handed the keys over to me for inspection. I was amazed! My yellow car once dull and faded was glowing again! Price quoted was very affordable as well as compared to other shop I asked. RECOMMENDED!

Went to TTS Car Care for the grooming session. I would like to compliment Fan Hua (TTS CarCare Manager)and his team for their effort. A thorough cleaning of the engine bay was done and following the polishing the car's paintwork looks much more intense following the grooming session. Well done!

Did a $8 quick wash few days back, includes handwash of car exterior and vacuuming of car interior. Took about 15mins. Overall, a good job done... Just saw from their website that they removed this $8 quick wash service. To the TTS carcare team, please do consider bringing it back for our sake!! Thanks.

Just had my car groomed by Car Care....very happy with the result. All nooks and crannies were cleaned..including the engine bay and the underside of the bonnet. I was briefed what will be done to the car while I was handing over the car to them and I was briefed again on the after-cares during the inspection after it was done.

Hi All, Just had my car SPAed last Saturday. Everything went very smoothly, no hard-selling of their packages. I even took up a Interior Cleaning Package since the car was already there. Left the car at the shop and took a bus to AMK Hub to do some shopping since the Manager said it would take around 2.5 hrs. Came back to the shop and the car was ready for inspection. Everything turns out well, clean & shiny. I would like to thanks CarCare again for the Free Car Grooming session, and I hope the remaining winners will enjoy their upcoming "SPA" session.
