Big thank to Fan Hua & team! Impressed by the effort taken to deliver the best result after every grooming session on every single ride, especially the part where after 2-3 polishes, the car is been washed again to remove the "buffing" dust! Thanks for giving my Brera a 5-stars spa treatment!

I'm pleased to write a feedback form for all the TTS car care team especially Fan Hua, who have been working with their effort in deliver a perfect grooming for my car, especially for my white color car which is difficult to be taken care of. Thanks to all of their team who had been giving effective, high level of competence, goal-orientated and enthusiastic in demonstrating a very solid knowledge in the quality of work in car grooming. Excellent job!!

My 2nd visit with Carcare. Yet another wonderful job done. Swirls and scratches were part and parcel of ownership. Even though I frequently detail my own ride, hands can never work like machine detailing. Carcare managed to remove most of the unsightly swirls and light scratches. The process took about 2 hours (depending on your condition). The customer lounge is pretty spacious stacked with magazines and tv to keep you entertained while waiting. Thumbs up!

Went for my appointment in the morning, was earlier by an hour, Fan Hua was not there yet so I just told the workers I will just hang around and wait for him. Was browsing through car magazines they had in the lounge while waiting, it has the lastest issue(Nov 2010). About 10 mins later one worker came in and pour a glass of water for me and told me he had contacted fan hua and he is reaching. Very good customer service, anyway Fan Hua reach within 5 mins( I was early by an hour) and told me what he will do to my car, I left the place after that, too bad can't see what they do, but was impressed went I collect the car, my car was neglected for a year plus! getting lazy, lol, most of the swirl marks are gone and have this silky feel to it. Thumbs up! Fan Hua then procced to explain what he had done and answered some queries regarding car care product leaving my friend very amazed by his knowledge! after the grooming went to another workshop to replace my 2 blown bulbs and the first thing the lady boss ask after touching the car is if I had just sent my car for polishing. Can't wipe off the grin on my face after that :)

I knew Fan Hua (manager) for some time already and have engaged his grooming services before. However, due to work commitments I wasn't able to pay much attention to my car. No polishing / waxing was done for the past year plus, just monthly car wash only. It was full of swirl-like scratches and there was a stain from bird droppings that couldn't be removed even after countless car wash. I thought nothing else could be done to get it back to even a "acceptable" condition until I remember CarCare. Called to make a booking and as always their service is top notch. Got my car down to business on a full session, inside and out. After about 2 hr, I was pleasantly surprised that the scratches were gone. Even the stains, though stubborn was seamlessly removed! The beige leather was once again clean and the dark stains all removed. My car is once again glooming and looking very radiant - showroom condition! I would highly recommend the Premium Grooming Package for a car condition as bad as mine. Affordable priced and very worth it! THUMBS UP!!!

I had my Mazda 5 polished by the team at TTS Car Care. World of difference when I picked up my car. One look and you can see that Fan Hua and his men has done well to do well to make my car look really good. Even after the rainy weekend, my car is relatively free of watermarks due to the hydrophobic coating. Every corner of my interior was vacuumed and the dashboard cleaned. Great work by TTS Car Care!!

Booking : This was efficiently done via a simple phone call and sms confirmation. On the day of the grooming, I even received a reminder from Fan Hua prior to the appointment schedule. Excellent customer service. Grooming result : Unfortunately I could not stay around to view the process, however, I guess the 'bling bling' condition of my car after grooming is a testimony to the good works of Fan Hua's team. My 3-yr old, dark-coloured car is covered with swirls and water marks. Even though I wash my car regularly, the car is subject to constant beating from the weather ie hot sun, acidic rain, bird droppings etc. I do not have time to groom my car regularly and the last grooming ws done about 2 yrs ago. When I saw the car after the grooming, I was very surprised that abt 90% of the swirls and marks is gone. Kind of brought back memories of how my car was like - 'wrinkle-free' and smooth. The first weekend when I wash my car, it felt so smooth and it was so easy to dry the car. Thank you very much Carcare for doing a good job to restore the shine and smoothness to my car. It feels so nice to drive a 'new' car again. Keep up the good work and the excellent customer service.

[Location] Located just next to Fiat Showroom at Sin Ming Ave, under TTS building. It was quite easy to find. But I must say there's nothing much to browse nearby except to test drive Fiat cars. Especially on a rainy day :) [Customer Lounge] Fortunately, the customer lounge is pretty spacious and comfortable. There are about 4 to 5 sofas and a set of table + chairs. As expected, several automobile magazines are available, but it's about time to update them. Most of them are dated 2009 or earlier. With the car grooming expected to take up about 3 hours, it's crucial to keep the customer busy. Also, I wonder if internet connections (wired or wireless) are provided FOC to the customers? I forgot to ask Fan Hua regarding this matter. [Grooming technique] I waited for 3.5 hours and saw Fan Hua and his staffs working continuously on my ride. It wasn't an easy task by any means as I have neglected my ride for 1 year since it was last detailed at Carcare. Nevertheless, it was job well done as 90% of the watermarks, swirl marks and light scratches were gone. The car body feels silky smooth yet again. Thumbs up to Car Care!
