Totally excellent! Very recommended to customer that want to do insurance claim and repair. They also provide servicing as well, the office very comfortable and clean. The toilet also clean and wonderful. Thank you so much Complete VMS, at soon lee branch the parking very spacious and the staff also help us parking with our car. Went to Complete VMS (Soon Lee branch) to do accident claim. Smooth and hassle free. Fast as well. Friendly and well-informed staffs and mechanics. Jiaen attended to me and she was wonderful thru out. The other girl was friendly and helpful as well. Minor repairs but can feel the difference in driving before n after the repair. I had an accident and came to Complete VMS because they were the approved workshop for Income. Joyce guided me through the process since this was my first time. She was patient and helpful in answering my 101 questions and followed through with the claims + repairs handling. The entire process was smooth and painless, and she kept me updated regularly. The replacement of 2 doors on my BMW was impeccably done, and Complete VMS even polished my rims and cleaned up the car nicely. I recently had a positive experience with Complete VMS, particularly with Jia En who assisted me with my accident report. After submitting the report, I realized I had provided the wrong 3rd party car plate number, and Jia En promptly helped amend the car plate numbers. I just got an accident and come to complete vms at 5 soon lee street to do reporting, and I need to claim my own damage then the staff in soon lee really friendly they explain to me the procedure how to claim my own insurance. However they give me estimate 7 days but they finished in 5 days and they provide free servicing when you first joined their free membership and the servicing include checking my car if anything wrong and they also vacuum my car, very helpful staff and really satisfied with their service with me and my car. :) - Meen, Owner of Mazda 3 SMC10--P

I was attended to by Joyce Wong at Complete VMS (Sin Ming Drive). Really appreciate her friendliness and professionalism in offering good and sound advice, especially to someone who got into an accident for the first time, knowing close to nothing about reporting the incident and the how-about to settle the matter privately with the other party (e.g., what are some of the things to look out for etc.), and waiting patiently while I communicated back and forth with the other party to settle the costing and payment of the repairs. I would like to specially highlight the staff, Joyce. Her follow-up and updates of the repair development is unparallel. I have been to many workshop but none the staff like her. She keeps track of the spare parts arrival, repair time frame, collection date closely. And mind you, is not only me the only customer. We had a minor Vehicle and Motorcycle accident recently. We went to Complete VMS Pte. Ltd. to make the relevant report and filing. They we met Ms. Joyce Wong. She was extremely experience and all the neccessary report and filing. She also extracted video clips from our dashcam. She's also very polite and explained clearly on the minor repairs and the estimated cost ect... Overall, she get our car up and running within just 2 working days. Police report on injuries claim by the motorcyclist a few days later and we went back to see her and again she submitted the report for us with much cared. Totally hassle free and honest. I met with an accident on the road while driving and my insurer NTUC INCOME appointed this workshop to undertake the repairs. I was contacted by their Service Advisor Kent who guided me through the entire repair process from start to finish. Kent was friendly, super efficient and helpful; he answered all my numerous queries patiently and did his best to accede to my every request with regard to the repair job. And the quality of work was good, paintwork was excellent and they give a 1-year warranty on all repairs. These guys run a pretty professional outfit and it's then no wonder that they're one of the authorised repair workshops for NTUC INCOME. Highly recommend them to my friend who has car and have issue their will explain to us. Also shop got good resting place and Wi-Fi supported while driver are waiting for their car to be diagnose and repair.
