I believe there must have been a misunderstanding. Battery warranty only covers the product, in this case, the car battery. Should the battery be faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will do a warranty claim for you, after diagnosing that the battery is faulty, using a battery tester.

Battery warranty does not cover a re-visit fee of $20. All these important information is printed on the invoice. I wish to emphasize that the re-visit fee of $20 is used to cover our diesel/transport, we do not earn a single cent from this re-visit fee of $20. My mechanic has update our head office of your situation earlier. He has tested your car battery with a battery tester, and the battery tester shows that the battery is still in perfect state of health, thus, we are unable to do a warranty claim for you as your battery isn't faulty, on top of that, the car did start up when our mechanic was onsite.

Just fyi, when a car cannot start, many factors play a part, other than a car battery, example, startor motor, fuel pump, ignition key, ignition assemble, gear box issue, just to name some of them. We can guarantee that the batteries we sell to the public are the freshest stocks that you can find in the market, if it isn't we would not dare to give up to 15 months warranty for petrol vehicles. Please have your vehicle checked for any wear and tear parts such as startor motor, fuel pump, ignition key, ignition assemble, gear box issue, just to name a few, before blaming the battery.
