Sent my car for servicing. Had inexperienced staff working on the car. Had to point out to them that they had jack was hitting my sideskirt causing it to cave in and the paint cut off. Was very disappointed with the customer service. Had put my car for more than a week, one of the co worker was so disrespectful starting when my vehicle was at the workshop that period when i suddenly pop-ed up at the workshop. Just wanna check what are the parts they have changed but got chased off because my car hasnt done. My vehicle was not checked properly, spended more than a thousand $$ even though car was still in a warranty period and now my vehicle is still back the same issue. i'm pretty sure we had given enough time for them to carry out the works if they needed more time they could have told us instead by handing our car back to us? And they did not specify told us what they had done, instead by usings words of mouth. If like that why is my car still back the same problem? Do customer like us still feel safe by letting you guys handle? You don't talk to customer with your frustrations when we tried talking nicely. - Maurice Lim

My car is a Toyota Wish 2.0A. I was having some issues with my brakes. There was a loud rattling sound each time I go down a slope. Moses his chief mechanic immediately diagnosed the problem. They changed the front disc brakes and brake pads. After some other adjustment, the sounds are completely gone. Very quick response and reasonable pricing too.
