I'm just bought my Toyota Noah from Thomas @ Car Times Ubi, experienced Thomas extraordinary professional service during my purchase, now is the first time I came down to their service centre @ kaki bukit. To my surprise their workshop is very well equipped, clean and tidy. I would like to compliment Service Consultants Kelvin @ Kaki Bukit services centre. His courtesy and patience attitude towards me as a "walk in" customer without appt, offered a can drink for me and lead me to their beautifully decorated comfort waiting area... (^_^) While in the waiting area I saw they are sell Baseus products at a cheaper price than petrol station, I intend to get a few high quality accessories for my new car (^_^) again I experienced a very customer oriented & sweet service from the counter admin Li Ting. As I wanted to test out if the accessories fits my car interior, Li Ting was one of the best customer service to walk out of her busy admin work, using her personal USB adapter to let me try out the light of the Vanzo Aroma Diffuser. Good reception by the satff once your car stop at the door. Clean and good 5's although still some areas need improvement. Technical competency can be seen when they explain on car technical issue. Should add more perks and discount to boost and attract more cars owner to do their car servicing here.
