I've been sourcing for a good car workshop for over 2.5yrs in the west who is well verse in continental cars but wasn't fruitful until i met Ryan. Pls pardon my long story describing below as I'm very happy to share what I have found. My high criterias was met after I send my vehicle in for a check as I notice my car wasn't driving right. Many workshops i had been to, are not able to identify what is the problem. (and to my surprise even well known garages included too!) The thing is, the computer tool that Ryan has in his arsenal are not those universal type like majority workshop uses.. the "universal ones", 1 computer can trace 10 different brands of continental cars. Ryan's scan computer is a dedicated 1to1 brand. it is very costly to have these specialised scanning tool. In just 15secs, Ryan is able to tell me what the real problem is.. very very impressive indeed! On top of Ryan's willingness to invest in specialised tools which speaks volumes of his interests in the car workshop business, he have a chief mechanic who I had a discussion with about race-prep continental cars. This chief mech is not just by employment title.. He is literally a car Doctor! He is not a car mech but an Engineer. (Again here you'll find a different level of expertise) I shall not expose too much here. You guys just give them 1 try and see. bring your funny car problems to Ryan and let them perform. Ryan is very knowledgeable about cars and helped me troubleshoot and finally solve my car riggling issues. I like the customer lounge which is very conducive and allows me to do my work while waiting for my car to be fixed. Thumbs up to Ryan. A very friendly and amicable guy. Drove my car down to replace alternator and did servicing. Left the car there over the weekend. After collecting the car back, within 5min i can feel something strange. Car jerk quite strongly when switching from D to R (which never happened before). Next thing was, I noticed that stationary, engine vibrating very roughly. I really have no idea what they do to my car whether they replaced something they not supposed to or whether they had simply serviced it wrongly. My car was well-functioning right before going to this workshop. Now it feels like my gearbox gonna kaput anytime. Very worried and confused but nothing I can do as when i call they just keep denying. First time to this workshop. BEWARE and don't be fooled by their friendliness

Had an accident with my Honda Jazz recently and was lucky to find Tec Auto Services and seek for their help for repair works. Great explanation from Kelvin and certainly not an easy task to fix the dent and paint damages on my car. Quotation was reasonable for what an excellent repair work they have provided. Kudos to the team :)

After a minor accident on my Honda Civic, So happen to see Tec Auto Ads on sgCarMart so decided to give it a try to assess the damage.

Met Kelvin, who gave me a run down on what can be repaired and what needs to be replaced. He sounded very professional and knew what to do.His quotation was reasonable especially not replacing my bumper which I'm sure the agent or other workshops would have done.

Very happy with his workmanship and will recommend friends.

Last week I sent my company vehicle to repair it at this workshop during lunch time. Spoken to Kelvin & Rayan about the van's situation. They told me to leave the van there and will fix it asap. At the same day Kelvin called me and explained to me what happened to the van and how he fix it, such a patient guy! After one week he give me a call to ask if my company van is functioning good. Wow, very surprise tat they make a step further to follow up. Good job guys!

I am so impressed with TEC Auto's service that I made an effort to sign up as SG carmart member in order to compliment them.
Being their customer last time, who wanted to try out other workshop which is nearer to my house, comes back to them eventually. Service are really the best I ever had, knowledge also thumbs up. Kelvin and Ryan always so patient in attending customers, explaining the fault of the car, and this company not that type who only want to earn money and ask you change things that you don't need to. Some may think I'm exaggerated, go try and you know it.

Went to TEC Auto for an OD repair and was given the best service. Ryan, and Kelvin were very patient with my queries and requests.
Prices of parts + labour were very reasonable.
What impressed me most was the strong expertise of their mechanics. I had an annoying undercarriage clunking noise for quite sometime and I have been to several workshops to get it repaired but none of the workshops was able to tell me exactly what was the cause of the problem. BH was able to pin point the problem to my tie rods immediately after a test drive!
After repair,They wash and vacuum my vehicle for free ! Is a very Good service.

Last week i went to Tec Auto to servicing my car and had a good experience, but it was today's excellent service that prompted me to write this review.

Recently, I noticed that my car took longer and had more difficulty starting. After parking my car at work today, I sensed that something was amiss and tried to start the engine again. It wouldn't start despite many attempts.
So Im contact Tec Auto and they was helping me to fix an appointment within minutes. The mechanics arrived punctually at my requested timing, and quickly diagnosed the problem as battery failure. The car was soon up and running again with a new battery that was fairly priced, and I left with many tips on how to maximise the battery life! When I asked the mechanics whether Tec Auto has new tyres rims to replace my scratched ones, they even advised me that it was an unnecessary cost. They could restore the scratched rims at their workshop for a fraction of the cost.

In my opinion, Tec Auto is a workshop that has its clients at heart and delivers tremendous client value. Highly recommended!
