Highly recommended. Lumens has proven to be supportive to their customers with rental rebates during the cov19 period. This is my 3rd renewal of contract with Lumens and I'm happy with their services. I would like to thank Marcus for his helpful support, Jonathan for explaining the benefits of hybrid car, Derrick for giving me a good renewal package, Megan for explaining the contract and helping me to switch car plate via the app. Overall, the staffs are friendly and helpful.
