Feeling at ease and comfortable for British Motor to take care of my husband's car. Followed my husband to the workshop that day to get his car serviced. Not sure how my husband came to know about this workshop though, but I must say, they are so professional in handling the entire job! They explain in detail and let us know what they are going to do before they start with any job. Had a little chat with Neil & Ben while waiting for the job to be done. After hearing about their history and experience, I confirm my husband's car is in good hand!

After being given the run-around by a few other mechanics. I arrived at British Motor hoping to fix my car once and for all. Neil explained to me everything about what's wrong with my car and gave me advice and suggestion. Have not had a problem with my car ever since! Highly recommend! Great workshop and work ethic! Oh ya! Not forgetting, they are now offering free delivery and pick up service too!!

I was struggling to source official parts for my Range Rover. The main dealer were helpful but the pricing was ridiculous. I was recomended British Motor Services by a friend (who works for Mercedes) and I'm very glad that I was. BMS were able to source official parts for me from abroad, import and install for 1/2 the price of the main dealer. They also collected my dirty vehicle and returned it clean the same day. I came to know BMS through an interest group on Facebook. My car had two issues: 1. A metallic "tok" sound over bumps 2. A whirring sound that worsened with increasing speed I dropped by Neil's place at 9am on Tuesday and he was already in. He introduced himself and offered to do a test drive. Within minutes of getting onto the main road, he was able to provide working diagnoses for both sounds. He ordered the parts and I returned the next day for the repair job. Upon collection of the car, a test drive was done to confirm the resolution of the issues. I was told to contact them if the sounds returned but I am fairly confident that would not happen. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Neil and Ben and I will definitely use BMS as my main workshop from now on. Neil and Ben are veterans in the automotive industry and they've solved a huge headache of mine when it came to my car's electronics. Sent my DB9GT in to check for a rattling sound I have had for some months that is very obvious on a cold start but disappears usually when the car has had a good run. Left the car to Ben who came to pick the car up and organised a thorough trouble shooting. Problem isolated within the day and attributed to loose heat shields in the undercarriage. Unsure how the heat shields came loose in the first place but extremely Glad the problem is fixed. Great work! - Harold THNG
