Despite being a bit out of the way from town, it is definitely one of the cleanest and most reliable car workshops I have been to. Ben, Sarah & Neil are extremely friendly, really professional and helpful which makes me feel at home and comfortable! Great service and honest assessments. Ben is easy to communicate with, super responsive. A refreshing personal service level in Singapore. Even better than authorised agents which tends to be opaque and transactional. A Clean workshop shows their professionalism and diligence in their work. Nothing fancy but always a thorough job done. The team at British Motor Services have extensive knowledge and expertise, give an honest opinion and go out of their way to do or explain that bit extra. They did a great job rebuilding my Land Rover engine, whilst its a far cry from the Astons and other luxury cars going through the ultra clean/ organised workshop, the time and attention was given and I would trust them with any make of car in the future. I have used authorised dealerships and various workshops for new and old Japanese and European cars in the past 20 years in Singapore and this has been the best experience so far. Keep it up! A great Singaporean-British partnership who are getting it right.

Big thanks to the owner Neil and his team for looking after my VWs for the past 1.5 years. For the level of detailed service to price, you cannot find this at the dealers' service centres for your brands. Knew about them via word of mouth.

Always ready to explain anything you need to know about your car. Have grown from 2 men to now a 4 men team! Believe they will keep this level of service for years to come.

Found this gem at the end east of Singapore! Was introduced to them by my car group friend. They are specialising in high end car, therefore I believe they have the knowledge and skill too for my Mercedes. Highly recommend these guys, had a few interactions with them now for my Aston Martin DBS. Extremely knowledgeable, honest and take great pride in their work. Good advice of what's critical and what is not when it comes to issues with my car. Very punctual and a pleasure to deal with. I am owner of a mass car brand, a VW Scirocco. Having gone through their social webpages, intially of course it was daunting to know that the workshop specializes in the high luxury segment (McLarens, RollsRoyce, etc). However knowing that they have gotten loads of automotive experience from brand factory (Mclaren,Aston Martin) and AD (Aston Martin, Ducati) levels, Neil and Ben gladly welcomed any makes and models into their workshop. They are definitely not the cheapest, not your stop-n-go kind of car workshop but you get what you pay for. Thoroughly impressed right from the point where you leave your car with them, they practised proper hygiene procedures such as seat and steering wheel covers. This is very much not seen in your "cheaper" workshops out there. Especially in this trying times of COVID-19, this was valuable. While the car is on the hoist, they will verify the type of engine oil you will be getting. Ben performed the multi-point checks around the car and explained / pointed out every single status of my vital car parts to me. Of course, if you not the kind to get bothered by this you could simply chill at the 2nd level of their nicely done up air-conditioned lounge. The statuses of your car parts will still be reflected on your invoice and explained to you before you drive out of the workshop! - JC

I can safely say it is one of the cleanest workshop in Singapore. Neil and Ben have been extremely helpful and upfront honest on what needs to take note and let us make our call. Very patience and polite in our enquires as well as explaining in a very detailed manner. Very reasonable pricing despite having the posh look! I love how they take care of their clients' pockets instead of trying to sell alot of unnecessary reapirs or replacement like most of the workshop out there. Simply a real gem with honest attitude.
