While browsing for a car vinyl wrap company I chance upon Imperial Auto Styling .After reading all the reviews and the photos post in their FB I finally decided this is the company that I m looking for my car to be wrapped. After a few messaging messages between a customer service by the name of Stephy and myself I made my way to their garage. It was on a Saturday afternoon. I was attended by Stephy on that afternoon. She welcomed me with her professionalism and confident . We went through the discussion on the colour, design, material and overall aspect of the work to be done. She explained me in details so that we customers knows it well even before the job was done. What I like about Imperial they even propose ideas and design to suit the driver taste. Their design did not disappoint me.They had done a good job as it turns out as per my expectation. I find the staff at Imperial is polite, well mannered and did their job well. They never failed to listen to their customer this is why they grew from strength to strength as a Team. I was in the market for PPF for my new ride and came across Imperial Auto Style. They had an impressive portfolio of vehicles wrapped by them and pricing was also reasonable. Even though you don't drive a fancy or supercar there were no airs about them unlike some other workshops. Car was wrapped in 2 days and aftersales has been brilliant thus far. They understood a paying customer's psyche and would make good on areas that needed to be touched up. Adrian who is the lead installer would listen to your inputs and do the necessary. Shout out has to be given to Steph who has been excellent her customer engagement always following up in a timely manner and very responsive in queries or feedback thrown her way. In a competitive market, customer service is extremely important in retaining customers and getting referrals and Imperial Auto Style doesn't disappoint with their customer focused approach. Did my System X Diamond Coating package with Imperial Auto Style. They did a superb good job on my 13 years old Civic Type R. Boss and staffs are very friendly and accomodating to my request. This System X coating is really good. My car look like new now. The water repellent effect is so good after i drove during a moderate rain weather, follow by a very light drizzle before i enter the car park. My car has almost 0 rain drops after I parked my car. I was initially referred to Wei Xiang to choose the exact colour for my wrap. He invited me down to their showroom as the different shades of the sample colours sent via phone may look significantly different in real life. Very friendly in nature, Wei Xiang provides speedy replies and was very patient towards my requests. After confirming the colours and details of my wrap, Jenny took over and attended to my outstanding requests. She updates me details such as some imperfections on my existing paintwork and recommended solutions accordingly. Jenny also updated me with photos along the way, which really puts my mind at ease while leaving my vehicle with Imperial.
