This is my first visit to 3K Autocare. I am impressed by the services provided by Ah Hao. He was able to diagnose that my undercarriage noises is from the worn out lower arm assemblies. Had replaced and servicing at the same time. Would visit again for regular servicing. Thanks to boss Kelvin too. - Eng Chai

Decided to give this place a try after seeing that it does DPF cleaning. Kelvin and Ah Bo are jovial and friendly. More importantly the BG treatment they use was very effective indeed, no need to dismantle the DPF and only took a couple of hours. Now the regeneration interval is the longest I have ever seen in this car (see the 2 pics where previously it was regenerating at around 300-350km, and now it's up to 450km and the DPF isn't full yet, likely can hit 500km before regen!) Well done and thanks guys. - TH Tan
