Big shout out to Kelvin, Ah Hao & Amos for the implacable and worry free service they have provided. These guys are indeed a rare gem and breath of fresh air in this industry. Was sweating buckets the last few days as the car's AC was running hot with a strange wheezing sound. Messaged my usual workshop but they took awhile to respond. Decided to research and happened to chance upon 3K autocare, full 5 star reviews on Google? Took a gamble and dialled in, Kelvin who was at the end of the other line was patient, reassuring, knowledgeable and most importantly transparent. He suspected that there was an issue with the cooling coil. Decided to bring the car down for diagnostic and was greeted by Ah Hao. He expertly diagnosed the issue within 15 mins and topping up the refrigerant, confirming the worst fears of every car owner that there was leak in the cooling coil which needed replacement. As I was rushing I got them to provide me a quote and left. Paid $35 for the refrigerant top up which was later refund as part of the replacement without me asking (the little details they look into). I crossed referenced with my usual workshop and was quoted an extra 70% premium of what was quoted by Kelvin. Were they using OEM parts? I checked with Kelvin, who requested for my chassis number to verify with the supplier. He replied shortly Valeo, the same brand quoted by my usual workshop. Decided to go with 3K and dropped my car off the next day with Kelvin promising to deliver the car within the same day. They kept their word and delivered with constant updates throughout the day. It was a Sunday and about to go out and have dinner with family and find out my van aircon is giving out hot air, google for the nearest workshop and found 3k autcare with the good reviews. Without hesitation I went down and was greeted by Kevin, was told to wait in the queue and he offered me water. I was my turn & AH bok help me to check, turn out it the server and blower. He help me settle the issue for the short term and ask to come back to repair for the server and blower.. they didn't charge anything for the check and was shock to receive the good customer service from them.. if you are in the west and on Sunday this is definitely the place to go.. go try it out yourself.. - Fajar Yana

I had an amazing experience with this car service company! My car's AC had stopped working and there was no cool air, and I suspected an issue with the coolant. Kevin, the owner, was incredibly kind and professional. Not only did they check my car ac thoroughly, but they also found a gas leak that my previous service company did not fix properly. After filling the gas, they didn't even charge me for the service and gave me great advice on fixing the gas leak. I'm truly impressed by their honesty and work ethic.
