Went to replace my fabric seat to leather, their salesman was friendly and show us samples and photo of different leather type and colour combinations. Chosen leather is ready within one week and on site replacement was fast and great, and done around one hour time. Product is very professionally done and staffs showed great knowledge of industry standards and safety requirements for the car. Staff went out of the way to fix my fitting on the car door (not part of my car model package) and also to clear broken glass bits left by my previous car owner. My first car was a 7 seater Toyota Estima and it was very good quality leather that I used for almost 5 years and still looking good and excellent. Condition still looking like new. Recently I came back here for second time to change my full leather seats for my new Toyota Sienta 7 seaters. (pls look at the attach pics). What I like is that they hv few designs that we can choose from. The lady Ms Connie was very helpful and friendly and giving good advice patiently till we find our best combination leather colour and design for our Sienta that we love so much. Ordered the leather and was ready less than 10 days. Send my car in the morning at 9am and ready before 12pm. Excellent, skillful and experienced workers. Our experience here was very pleasant, staff are courteous, very knowledgeable, possess pleasant disposition, helpful and displayed wonderful initiatives. Most importantly, the workers hv wonderful mindset in explaining all the leather seats packages that we chose and all were excellently deilvered with very affodable price.
