I rented an old model of car for 9 days at an extremely attractive price. I received a very good service from the salesperson, Mr Alvin. No doubt the car is slightly older but it was totally worth it. Several companies offered me double the price. Grab, gojek and taxis are too expensive if you are traveling to many points. Fresh Cars definitely provides a value for money car rental service! I will definitely choose them for my next rental. - Kevin Ben Laurence

want to give 3.5 stars, but since cant, will round up. everything went smoothly, service was great, agent was able to compromise, cant expect much for a COE car, interior and exterior was acceptable for me, engine wise was ok since it got me and my family to&fro safely but could be better.. things i wish could improve is the aircon, headlight, the leaking problem for the Toyota Wish, and agent doing the walk-around to point out the damage together. - Rusyaidi Roslan

The process of booking, taking over and handing over is simply fantastic - smooth and efficient. I rented a prius hybrid for 3 months. The car was in very good condition, great to drive. Rented PHV cars with them for a good 6 months. No hassle regarding servicing or repairing of vehicle. The only reason i didn't use their service anymore is because i am looking for a premium car and they have none available. But still they have a lot of cars to choose from. Special thanks to Alvin for making my life much more easier while renting with them. He helped me alot if and when the cars have issues. Definitely will recommend him & Freshcars to others.
