It was a great experience renting car from Fresh Cars! Joseph was patient and knowledgeable in answering my queries. It was my first time renting a car, and I wasn't sure of the payment processes as well as the booking processes. Joseph guided me through it with clear instructions. I arranged a viewing with Joseph on 18th March 2021, he was a pleasant fellow to deal with and was very straightforward with the prices. There were no hidden costs and being COE cars, they were in a better state than expected. After being briefed, I was able to test drive the car to choose which car suited my needs and there were no issues at all. Service was quick and the car was rented to me within minutes after testing. After driving the car I had for a few days, I got bored of the car and wanted to exchange it for another car. Joseph was very accommodating and the exchange was very smooth and settled on the spot after notifying him and heading over to their office. I really appreciate the friendliness and transparency from this company. Some car rental companies charge hidden fees and the customer only gets to know after they are about to make payment.
