Came across 3K AutoCare when i google the nearest workshop. Ah Hao assist me in the towing and rectifying my car as the engine died as it go across a pool of water when it heavily rains. Ah Hao n his team manage to save the engine as he rectify the problem. Had to clear water from the intake, replace spark plugs n i request him to service the car too. Good jod to Ah hao as he manage to solve the problem in less downtime. Will come again for his service. Thank you!! - Afad SanToZ

Happened to chance upon 3K AutoCare on carousell posting when I was searching for a workshop that was opened on Sunday for the aircon compressor replacement. Not many workshops open on Sunday this was already a plus point. Kelvin & his team was very kind and professional attending to the issues with my car. They did thorough checks and found leakage and immediately informed me via WhatsApp. They were not pushy and provided very good advice with prompt photo updates and transparent pricing on the cost for repairs. Everything was completed within 1 day! Super humble boss & team. They may be new, but Customer Service Number 1 Highly recommend this workshop. Definitely will be my go to workshop from now on. Was looking for a workshop opened on Sunday to have a look at my Car aircon. A number of workshops turned me away as they said for old Merc, they won't have the parts to change. Most simply said its the condenser or compressor and told me to order the parts myself. Chanced upon 3K Autocare and spoke to Ah Wayne. Also met Kelvin who is the boss there. They were very warm and polite when talking to me and did a thorough check on the car. Immediately he said it was a leaking pipe and not any of the aircon components mentioned by the other workshops. Ah Wayne ordered a new pipe and by Monday, aircon blasting cold. Price was super reasonable too! These are sincere young mechanics who are serious and dedicated to resolving your car issues. 3k auto quotation to replace my car's leaky air-con coil was competitive, but what sealed the deal was ah how managed to arrange a one day job to have my car fix the next day. Other workshops were expecting a downtime of at least 2 days which would deprive me of the car as I had important appointments to attend to. Was impressed with ah how aircon repair service.
