Just visited 3 K auto care.. the service here is excellent. Efficient & Friendly mechanic who change my brake pads within 30mins. Nice cosy office to watch Netflix & entertained by friendly Kelvin & Justin. They are specialised in Volvo, BMW & Mercedes. Will return as & when necessary - Simon Sim

Nice lounge to chill while the mechanic Ah Hao helped me with my car and the boss Kelvin is really humble and nice! Reasonably priced and they do not hard sell. This is one of the best reasons that I will return as a customer, they will not push you to do unnecessary stuff! Keep up the great work - Vivien Lim

3K autocare provided swift n efficient service both on WhatsApp and in workshop. The 2 mechanics there have good problem solving skills when I went to them with my Volvo V40. They are honest , knowledgeable, transparent, details when serving your car. I highly recommend these team to Volvo owners. They have earned my trust and confidence . Cons 1: Price might not be the cheapest, but their downtime justify their prices 2: Waiting lounge abit too big, that's why only have 2 hoist. Might have to wait if have more than 2 cars. 3: Have to pay gantry if they don't provide complimentary tickets (but they will) Pros: 1: Clean and neat workshop and waiting area. With drinks provided. 2: 2 fast mechanics. Fast and good 3: Very friendly and won't feel tense when talking to them. Anonymity Alias

This was my 1st timing sending my Volvo xc40 for servicing. The package they had was worth and valuable. Was very satisfied with your services and never regret giving them a try." Their mechanics and customer services was exceptional and satisfactory. To my horror, they even free of charge to me a can of fuel additive for me to try. I was strongly recommended by a good friend of mine in merc club to try their amsoil servicing package. I was attended by ah hao and kelvin when I was there. They were very professional, patient and humorous at the same time. Making me feel assured and relaxed at the same time. Most importantly ah hao was very detailed and technical… My overall experience was excellent, loving their dim and comforting waiting lounge while waiting for my car to be done. Trying to send my car for servicing around jurong area and found 3K Autocare on carousel with this fantastic package, decide to give it a try. When i reach there tell them to service my car and also tell them my problem and they immediately found the fault and settle my problem. Very professional!! - gary tan

Came across this workshop on google and decided to give it a try due to the issue of my ac. Had a bad experience from previous workshop stating my cooling coil need to be replace as it is not cold. But ah Hao told me that it's just compressor oil link that need to change. And tada, after changing the oil link and ac deep flush, my car is cold like snow again 🥹🥹 Thank you for the honest advise and friendly price . Thumb up excellent job - Matthias Yeo
