What i like about this workshop is that they are honest in my own opinion. Whenever there is a problem with my car, or they found something wrong with the car, they will provide proof or take a video to show u the problem before they quote. They will sometimes give suggestion to an impending failure they foresee, and is up to u to whether to proceed with the suggestion. And they are really friendly people, u know when u talk to them, u can sense their honesty and sincerity.

Kudos to Chong and How for their help in troubleshooting for the "Knocking" Sound on my e93. Quickly identify the problem and repair the car with changeout of those defective parts. Definitely will go back to them for help on my cars.

My 1st time for accident repair and was informed that they are one of the best in the industry, there i go. The customer service and the staff are very professional and attentive to my car in times of needs. The work man ship is quality as well, everything looks new now. This is the car workshop that you must visit if you have problems with your car issues. I am having some gear issue for my car so I have visited more than 5 shops to let them diagnose what happened to my gear, so most of them told me I need to overhaul or rebuild or replace my gear box, some even recommend me to do sensor replace 1st than do overhaul which must really cost me a bomb. Wah Hong shop is my last stop to let the highly skilled mechanic to check on my gear whom they can really diagnosed my gear problem by replacing 1 item which able to let my gear go smooth again and also most very very important is, I save at least half the repair cost quoted by all other shops, so do head down to visit them if you want a trusted shop that can solve the problem. - Vincent Lim, Owner of Toyota Vellfire

My regular workshop for all my 3 cars (Alpina, Mercedes and Lexus). Mechanics are very experienced and spot on for repairs (No trial and error). Pricing are very reasonable too. You wont feel like a carrot being chopped. They have a nicely renovated and clean waiting lounge with drinks provided. You can see and monitor your car's progress from the CCTV in the lounge. Staffs are friendly and accomodating. I must admit that I am a demanding and difficult customer. They have indeed met my expectations. - Denny, Owner of Lexus IS300H
