Be a father of 2 young kids, i found myself have no time to browse few tyre shop to compare the price and services for a rims change. so, i contacted few tyre shops thru messaging, but most of them didn't really entertain me. Eric is an exception. He almost reply me every single question very patiently. Before i heading down to TS Auto, i discover some negative feedback for TS Auto and some even mention have to be careful of Eric and they are very hard selling. This make me feel of anxiety . however, after reconfirm with Eric the agreed price is a final price, i decided deal with him and i let him know an est. time that i will visit them. when i reach TS auto , i found they already prepare the rim and tyre and waiting for my arrival. They services is quick and i get the rims change in less than 30 mins. My impression to TS Auto and Eric is good. the only thing is they didn't provide Alignment services as the shop located at residence area. and the 17" tyre is quite noisy if compare to 15" :p - cheeming chong

Just placed my order for 18 inch Varro rims, I've been going there for couple years & recommended to my friends too. They have many brand rims but they the sole distributors for Varro wheels. Look for the boss Eric very professional, friendly & knowledgeable you can take expert advices from him. The mechanic Melvin is also good & professional. Will continue to go there. - Red Devil

One of the most uncompetitive and ridiculous pricing in the market. When I first got my toyota altis '09 make in 2017, knowing nothing much about cars at the point in time and wanted to change headlight plus pole light to Philip White bulb, I was charged 250 altogether with installation. Went there for faulty signal lights. Both signal and hazard lights cannot function. Mechanic cannot diagnose the problem after 45 mins. Went to another shop. Problem fixed within 15 mins because of blown fuse. - Hong Jian Lew
