First time experience to Ace1auto to explore options of replacing a new visor for my COE latio hb. They did have a wide range of visors for all types of vehicles.

Great experience #1: I opt for a injection type visor which has a chrome pattern on it which I dun like. I was surprised that the team came together to remove the chrome pattern and sand down the part of the adhesive residue. End results: exactly the type of visor I wanted.

Great experience #2: Ah Guo took the trouble of explaining the headlights restoration services that they have to me. Initially I thought that my headlights was not so bad after all for a COE car. Boy... I was wrong after I saw the end results after the restoration. The headlights now looked like a totally new piece. Look for Ah Guo for the next restoration is my piece of advice to you

A very responsible and trustworthy workshop. Sincere and genuine service experience. Was expecting myself to purchase the car boot's mat , but in the end purchase the chrome front bumper protector , head light cover and backlight cover for my Nissan Qashqai too due to their great customer service from Elva. In additional, they are quite patient in assisting you in any technical help. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Came here to install a Front and Rear DVR Camera for my new car. Was served by their friendly staff, Rosy who explained to me in detail the features of the various cameras available. Pricing including installation was quite reasonable. Subsequently enquired about upgrading my ICE and I was served by their boss, who was detailed in sharing with me his experience from his car and from other customers. He finally recommended me a package of Amplifier and 4 speakers that was within my budget and told me that it'd take until late evening/night to collect my car which was fine with me.
At 7pm, they called me saying that car was ready, however I could only reach their outlet at 8.30pm and the whole team waited for me to arrive. They were very friendly and professional and took pains to explain me to me the features and teach me the various functions even though it was well past their closing time. Then, when my car engine was started, I noticed a "Check Engine" Warning light along with several other flashing lights indicating faults, had appeared. The boss then told me not to worry and was very systematic in instructing his team to troubleshoot the problems slowly by going over what they had done throughout the installation process. After an hour, the problems didn't disappear and the Boss had a back-up plan and he arranged to take me and my car to a nearby workshop with very advanced diagnostic equipment to get my car checked and they'll be able to detect the faults from my ECU.
Along the way, the faulty lights suddenly disappeared and the car seemed back to normal. However, we still went to the workshop and my car was scanned thoroughly to ensure there were no faulty readings.
When we returned back to ACE1, it was around 10pm and the team did some final adjustments to my DVR and helped me with a last minute request to stick on some additional accessories which I had brought at no extra cost. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and the whole team was very dedicated throughout my experience in helping to complete the job and troubleshoot the problems faced to my satisfaction. Their level of service and assurance is unmatched! Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to accessorize your car!

A very Bad encounter at the shop. Went there Coz my car fuse for interior lights and radio burnt off. At first he come to my driver seat and check. Then went to my bonnet area to check. After a while he ask if I know there is any other fuse system at any other part of my car. I dun dismantle my car to check all my parts location. He say he also cannot find the problem. He say I must go back to the carmaker to check on this. The gal at the shop still say they dun always handle the car fuse so they aren't familiar. Wasted 15 mins for him to check and never get it resolved. Went to another car auto accessories shop and got the problem resolved within 10 mins. - Win Kia

Went down in the afternoon , bought a set of carmat and fix a set of DVR on my car. and the waiting time only 30 mins only. Good and fast servies

I went there to install the video recorder (Marbella QB6) on Sunday and was attended by Wendy. The installation was done by one of their China worker and we faced some issues on the wiring, faulty equipment and spent close to 2hrs fixing it, but to no avail. I was assured by Wendy that she would exchange a new set of QB6 the following day since Sunday is non working day for their supplier. The follow up was great on the next day and it was attended by one of their senior staff - Ah Heng. Thumbs up for this guy and great follow up by Wendy. Great service from Wendy as she gave me some discount as a token of goodwill.

My first time bringing my 2008 Toyota Wish to change the headlights to a HID Xenon, the experience was painless!

The Staff was fantastic! Anne was really helpful to tell me what products were good for my Wish for headlights and daytime running lights upgrade. There was this technician and his friend, both guys were helpful and very straightforward.

I think his name is Heng, he was patient and he even makes sure you test the vehicle before you drive off in terms of the systems. His ears were so sharp, he could my alarm was acting up and recommended a change. Which was so true, as for the past 2 months, my remote does not seem to be so sensitive to unlock the vehicle anymore. Be going up in a week's time to get that fixed.

Overall my experience was so good and because of the large quantity of lighting stuff I was buying from them, they gave a good deal on the whole enchilada of products I got.

As I drove off, I have never so please and confident and will definitely be back again soon! Thank you for making my experience so cool ACE 1! Really the best!

Drop by to check out check out air refreshener for my ride. Quite a large variety to choose from. Spent quite a while to select for one.

Saw quite a number of air purifier displaying and the nice scent caught my attention. Was serviced by Wendy and she patiently introduced to me on the different types of scents and available. Frankly speaking, I am really pleased with her excellent level of service. She explained on the steps on how to optimise the use for the recommended air purifier.

Went ahead to pay for my purchas. To my surprise, the price was way lower than I expect and was given a 6-mths warranty for my purchase. Kudos!

Went to the shop, fixed up HID on my IS250, price paid for quite reasonable.
Bought wipers, car air purifier and jump start power bank too. Got free gift from the shop, nice and great customer service attended by Wendy. Highly recommend this shop.

Read the ad (SGcarmart), this merchant selling DVR @ $29.90 and Jump Start / Power Bank @ $88.00.
Went to the shop and fixed it last week.
Very friendly staff, got a free gift too.
Small money but big service.
Very impressed and will go again.
