Would like to compliment the professionalism of Mirage Motorwerkz especially the boss Ah Heng. My VW broke down on the weekend, was helpless and no other alternative but tow to VWS. However, VWS took 1.5 days to diagnose and quote me $4500+. I was hesitating whether to proceed with VWS or other 3rd party workshop. Luckily one of my friend recommended me Mirage Motorwerkz. call Heng and told him my concern and eventually decided to let him handle my car. He arranged tow truck back to his workshop and diagnosed the fault problems. He's very patient and keep giving me the updates promptly & suggestions. Within a day those faulty parts were spotted and told him to proceed. Took my car today. all the problems were gone and drive like brand new car. The final bill included oil change 1/3 of VWS quoted. Was extremely delighted. Would like to thanks his team especially Heng (boss) for the patient explanation and promptly updates. Highly recommended. Does not overcharge, professional, detailed and knowledgeable. Very efficient as well. The boss is approachable, humble and gives honest suggestions without overcharging. The work was very well done too. As seen from the photos, the boot of my car was dented and had several scratches. The boss suggested a paint job and to pull out the dented part.
